I've had multiple experiences with many different types of situations. But mostly I love seeing my skills benefit those in need of assistance. Im very outgoing and an overall joyful person.

Hi! I'm Germany, and I love being a caregiver. Ever since I was young I knew I wanted to care for and make people feel safe. I started college at the age of 15, and became a CNA. I am a compassionate, and highly dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant and Registered Medical Assistant with a background in Phlebotomy. I am adept at handling difficult situations with courtesy and professionalism. I love talking to those I'm taking care of and listening to their life and stories. I am personally proud, that at a young age, I was able to graduate College before High school and start working in my dream field.

I have many years of professional care giving experience including; in-home respite care, working in skilled nursing homes, as well as assisted living facilities. I work well under general supervision and follow all state, federal, and county laws and regulations. I have very good people skills, I am bi-lingual allowing me to work with a variety of clients. I am responsible, clean, dependable, and hardworking. I care for each patient as if they were my own family.

I have been a caregiver since I was 13 years old. From babysitting to helping my parents care for my grandparents. I knew I wanted to become a caregiver at a young age. I am currently taking a year off from college. I am going to school to be a LPN then eventually to become a Registered Nurse. I am currently working overnights starting at 10pm-6am as a Resident Assistant at a Senior Living home. I can not imagine my life without being in the healthcare field. Every single day I am learning something knew about life and how I want to live it. I just started working with the elderly about a year ago and my life has taken a complete 180 degree turn for the better. Ever since I started working with them I have become more aware of how fragile life really is. I can not even put into words how many things I have learned in such a short time from each and every person I have worked with. Its something that I truly wish every person could experience. I try and make their life as comfortable as possible. I can not imagine being so independent and then slowly getting my independence taken away from me day by day. So with me understanding how hard that must be I try and let each person make their own choices whenever possible, I try to help them cope every single day. I just try to be a friend to each individual. I am beyond blessed that I have found my passion.
