I love being able to help others who can't help themselves overcome difficult challenges.

I took care of my Step-mother who has Arthritis very bad. She was always having joint pains & could barley get out of bed some days. So I moved in with her in 2013, and started helping her out with daily tasks. Showering, nail clippings, cooking breakfast, lunch & dinner. Made sure all her dishes were cleaned after. Made sure she took her medication when needed. I drove her to & from appointments or errands she needed to run. I'm very glad I met my step-mom, because after taking care of her for a year, it made me realize I wanted to be in the Medical field. I'm a very patient person, and I love to learn. I feel like I can never ask to many questions, and I can never stop learning. I took care of my little sister growing up, and that always made me more interested in caring for someone else rather than myself. I knew I was put on this earth to be a caregiver of some type, because there's days I go without eating just to make sure everyone else was fed and taken care of.

I'm an outgoing individual who is self-motivated and hard working. Flexible, creative learner who adapts easily to new surroundings and enjoys a challenge. Enjoys gaining new knowledge and strength though the challenges I encounter. I am a dedicated person with a family of four. Raising a family has given me the ability to plan, schedule, and handle many different tasks at once while maintaining focus on details and direction. This flexibility will help me in the healthcare field, where there are many different personalities and health needs. Is dedicated to helping others in successions through their lives.

When I graduated from High School, there was a class going on in our local nursing home, I took the class and gained CNA certification,. I worked for this nursing home for 1y years. I genuinely care about my clients, I am very devoted to my job. When I went to providing care privately, I had requests over and over again. . My therory is, if you are going to do a job, do it with all your heart. I picture myself as the client. And I care for my clients The same manner that I would expect for my family member or myself. I am very serious about my job. They deserve the best of my ability. I will do my best to make your family member safe, relaxed and happy. If there is something that I have nevet done, I am happy to learn to do it, I believe it is my duty that God has put me on this earth for, so have finger print card, CPR, first aide...
