My name is Qing Dusch.I am a very caring,compassionate,and hardworking.The experience i have working at pulmonury doctor office as a Medical Assistant built solid medical background about patient care.Currently i am a home care aide working at Senior Living as part time.The job i love so much because to seniors i am just like an angle,give the help what ever they need,and i am enjoyed to be consided as part of their family.I am a fast learner who always want to improve myself through education.I am proud of being a California Certified Medical Asssistant and Licensed Phlebotomist.I continue pursuing to be a licensed nurse.

To me a good caregiver is advocate for their loved ones and ones who can't advocate for themselves. I ask a lot of questions just makes sure I understand what the client needs or how the client likes to me taken care of . I tend to enjoy learning about their condition, and make sure the client gets the care they need. I enjoy being able to help other i love to see the joy on there face when they see how genuine I am I love to make others happy . What I am most fascinated with is building relationships with clients I enjoy getting to know all my clients and learning how to work with them . I am proud that I came this far and I'm able to be the one people call on in the time of need.

To be a great caregiver I love interacting with my patients. I want to be able to build trust with my patients and be able to talk to them and make them feel happy and encouraged daily ! I wanted to be a caregiver because I love helping and working with people I'm a big people person and I love patient interaction and letting them get to know me. I enjoy being able to make them laugh or smile or just brighten their day the best way I can! I am proud of how far I came in the nursing field and how much I've learned and grown in this field !

I began caregiving over twenty years ago when my sister became sick and I seen that good caregivers were hard to come by. I started in assisted living facilities and branched out from there. I was caregiving for a man that was on complete bed care and the only thing he wanted was to go to the barbershop to get a hair cut instead of the barber coming to him. So I got him in a chair and walked him a couple of miles down the street to make it happen. He was so happy and just seeing him happy and feeling independent again was so rewarding to me. But moments like that remind me that it is the little things in life that we take for granted that mean so much to people.

I enjoy caring for others because it brings me joy to help those who are unable to care for themselves. A previous client of mine had diabetes; and her blood sugar levels were very hard to maintain; however as I worked with her over the months with diet and exercise her blood sugar levels began to stabilize.
