I enjoy caring for others

I'm very patient with elderly people, have a very good sense of humor, very responsible and punctual, I grew up with my grandparents and my great grandma, and when taking care of senior reminds me of them and I love that feeling. And at my other jobs what I enjoyed the most is interacting with costumers!

I became a caregiver because I love helping people and making them feel better, making them feel like they have someone and they are not alone. What I enjoy more about being a caregiver is getting to know the patient and bonding with them.

I became a caregiver when my uncle became ill after his wife passed away I noticed I really enjoyed helping people brightening up their day I love moat about being a caregiver is knowing that I can put a smile on my client's face and they can remain in there home most proud of is my growth being in the field of helping others

Hello my name is Jason Castro. I am 24 years old. I have worked as a caregiver/CNA for about 4 years. I started off at an Alzheimer's/Dementia Facility for my first job. I also worked at 24 hour homecare & Peace of mind Homecare. I have a lot of hands on experience and have been cross trained to work with different medical equipment. I take my job very seriously and am looking for something on going. I am also in nursing school at American Career College and am looking to further my education in nursing. I think I would be a great fit for this position because I am reliable, attentive, compassionate and very coniderate.

Hi! What makes me a great caregiver will be my personality. I am unique in many ways. I have a warm bubbly personality but extremely professional at the same time. I've decided I wanted to become a Caregiver a few years back. Ended up moving in with my grandmother at the time who needed total care. She is my heart and i still feel like its my job to make sure she's comfortable and in good spirits. I then had my son in 2019. i decided to wait to get back out there. After having my son i had separation anxiety and found it extremely difficult to go back to work. In between, I did go back to work but as a barista. A few months ago Feb 18th 2023 My Dad suffered from an ischemic stroke. That was a sign for me to get back out there. He ended up having 3 more strokes back to back. And all i can think of is, THIS IS MY DAD! and i need to nurse him back to good health. Luckily, I have experience in working with stroke patients. My Dad is my world and i treat all my patients as if they are family or close friends. i believe this is my calling.

Characteristics and expertise that attract me to and bring me great enjoyment in this work are: Talking to the elderly, taking care of the elderly, respecting the elderly.

I was taught to always treat people with dignity and respect, to treat others the way you would like to be treated, which is why I became a Caregiver. Providing quality care along with love, patience and excellent listening and communication skills are very important to me. I am friendly, kind, professional. Helping others has always been my path and what makes me happy.

I love to help others it brings joy to me. Helping people who aren't able to help themselves or just need a little help wine their daily routines would definitely something I look forward to doing. I am an Certified Medical Assistant with an CPR card. I have experience working with Alzheimer's, Dementia, and cancer patients. I'm going to further my career so that I can become an Registered Nurse, I know this would be the best job for me. I will treat the patients with the utmost respect, make sure they're well taken of and not token advantage of. I will make sure they will be treated as if they were one of my family members. Great at preparing meals also I am a very tidy person so cleaning will not be a problem. I have no problem with just being there for companionship or taking patients to any appointments wether it's for their hair or to a doctors appointment. I am also a very punctual person I like to plan in advance to make sure we get to our destination in an timely matter and with no obstacles.

I love being a cargiver because i know in peoples time of need they need someone who truley cares aout them and will take good care of them. I was once in the hospital due to knee surgery and i was unable to walk and needed help. I didn't get treated like a human being i got treated wrong and it hurt my heart and from that day forward i vowed to give care to people that need it.
