What makes me a good caregiver is that I love what I do and love to help and interact with the people. I got into this field because if my parents grandparents etc I would like to know they are well taken care of..I been caregiving for two years

I wish to become a caregiver because I have always connected well with people in need. I have helped care for my grandmother for the last few years (running errands since she can no longer drive, taking her to appts, getting her to church and helping with household duties she cannot complete on her own.) I love the satisfaction I get out of assisting people on a daily basis. I am proud of the fact that I love putting others before myself and I think my ability to connect with people is truly a gift that I want to share. I am 25 years old and I have no children or truly demanding responsibilities (outside of my current job) so I would love to give some of my free time to you.

I love providing to those that need it specially those who do not have to time to do so. I have cared for kids as well as elderly in my spare time for friends and family. Mostly because I've wanted to. I love lending an ear and creating conversations. I know how to cook basic meals, I've given medication as directed by doctors. I have a vehicle with insurance.
