When I was 18 years. I started to work as a caregiver in a care facility and in home care. I have compassion, patience, and love to help anyone that I can. I just want to make their day a little easier for them and put a smile on their face and get to know them personally.

I have always been a caregiver naturally. I love helping others and find it very rewarding. I have worked as a CNA in the past and enjoyed it very much. My daughter became sick and I needed to work from home for awhile and started a daycare for income. Since moving to Hawaii I would like to move forward with my ultimate goal which is to return to school to complete my training to become a Registered Nurse. My CNA license is expired but I will be renewing it this summer. I really look forward to meeting new people and continuing my caregiving career. For fun I love to write poetry and short stories and do anything outdoors. Crafting comes naturally to me and I love learning DIY projects.

I'm a very outgoing honest person. I've grown and thrived in all of my nursing home jobs. I love talking and sitting with the elderly. I also believe in making them feel as independent as possible. My goals are to finish school and become and RN. I then want to pursue working with the elderly and children.

After caring for my grandfather, I always knew I wanted to help other seniors! I take pride in being the best caregiver I can be.

As an experienced in-home care provider I am dedicated to safe quality care. I am interested in working for a family that is proactive in their family member life and care. I worked for my last employer for 2 and 1/2 years. My duties included but not limited to bathing, denture care, dressing, meal preparation, daily activities such as light exercise & walks, schedule Dr. appt., accompany and attend said Dr. appt., medication management, use of lift systems, wound care, keep daily BP records, housekeeping & laundry. My education includes high school GED and I am a graduate from Nation Career Education as a medical assistant with a 4.0 grade average. I am hard working, dependable, honest, compassionate, friendly and patient. I genuinely enjoy caring for others and making them smile and laugh.

My name is Margaret Motley I have been doing in home care for eight(8) years It is my passion to help those in need.I have done a lot of private care and two(2) years of facility care I've worked with with people who have dementia, Alzheimer's, incontinence, hospice, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, and amputees. Im a very compassionate and trust worthy person which would love to help you to take care of your loved ones.

I love working as a caregiver because I enjoy bringing light, peace and knowledge into the lives of people who are scared or suffering. I'm caring and compassionate, fun-loving and I have years of experience. I'm CPR, AED and First Aid Certified. I'm a Certified Medical Assistant, who got my vocational teaching license and became an instructor at the college from which I graduated. I'm a Reiki Master and work with animals as well. I have done many different aspects of caregiving. All the way from Alzheimer's to disabilities. I'm currently in a Doulagiver program to help assist the patient and family along side of hospice, to help the patient and families come to terms with all aspects of the death process with peace, love and dignity. I love what I do with so much gratitude!

I became a caregiver because i love helping people. I enjoy seeing my patients smile and making their day better. I am proud of my accomplishments. I became a CNA 6 years ago after my grandmother passed away from a fall at home. I feel i am honoring her memory by helping others and providing the care they need every day. I am a mother of a toddler and enjoy every minute of it. I want to set a good example for my daughter by being a working mom and raising my child.

I believe I am a great caregiver because I am a very compassionate person and enjoy working with the elderly. Also, I understand the importance of assisting individuals of any age group who cannot do for themselves.
