I love to care for people, I believe it a God given gift. It gladdens my heart when I put smiles on people's face by given them the best of care.i am a good team player, very compassionate, good communication skills very respectful, well organized and the ability to work under pressure.

As I child I grew up around my mom helping my grandmother. She would have me help as well since I was there . From that moment on , Ilmy passion was to help others that are in need. I was a caregiver for 10 years. I'm currently a cna and going to school for psychology.

During my time taking care of a post-stroke family member with COPD, I've come to enjoy providing a higher quality of life for the elderly who just want to enjoy their favorite things in life while they can. I'm proud to say that for about 5 months I've assisted said family member in going to the movie theater to see the Lion King, his favorite restaurant Olive Garden, and lifting him into an Escalade to take him along for a city drive. My empathetic, comedic personality makes me an ideal caretaker and companion for your elderly family member! I'm also 6'3 and very strong and happy to help transport clients.

I like to work as the Caregiver, because I think is rewarding job by helping a person with their daily needs. A caregiver is taking care majority a elderly person. ADL by meaning activities of daily living and includes of daily life. Example by bathing, dressing, eating, moving around, toileting, and walking. A companion serves a non-medical role in a patient's life. Companions perform duties such as reminder services{ medications, dates, rountines}, assisting with mobility, providing companionship, preparing meals and feeding, escorting to appointments, organizing and reading mail, entertaining, and more. Largest segment of Home Care consists of licensed and unlicensed non- medical personnel who assist the individual ccaregivers. May help the individual with daily tasks.

I'm a care compassionate caregiver, love to work with elders. I have experience with elders with dementia, hospice patients.

I'm naturally a very caring person. I've taken care of my father for several years and now I take care of my disabled husband part time. I'm friendly and respectful. Trustworthy and honest.

I am a current nursing student with a broad background in customer relations. Caregiving is a natural career choice for myself, being that most women in my family are nurses. Working with clients everyday and doing what I can to make a difference in their lives, even in the smallest sense, is what gives me gratitude. Greetings! My name is Melissa Espitia and I am a full-time student at the University of Phoenix; I am pursuing a degree in forensic psychology and hope to continue on to medical school in the future. I currently work at Mission Commons, one of the communities of Holiday Retirement, located in Redlands, California. I absolutely adore working with the elderly! It has now been three years since I first became a caregiver and let me tell you I am genuinely in love with what I do. It makes me so happy to see how grateful people are and how strong your relationship becomes after spending so much time together. My passion for taking care of people came at an early age, as my mother was a hospice nurse for years and would continuously see her interact with patients. I'm looking forward to working not just with the elderly, but with any individual that needs care!
