What makes me a great caregiver, I am passionate and love my career, I take pride with every person I care for, I do love and enjoy taking great care of all of my patients/clients. I became a caregiver/CNA I have a passion to care for those in need. What I enjoy most about being a Caregiver/CNA is seeing my patients smile.

I have over 6 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant. I became a caregiver by taking care of a friend's grandfather years ago. I loved the experience and decided to go to Nursing school. I became a Certified Nurse Assistant in 2015.

Hello my name is jajaira Sanchez I am 27years old. I been a caregiver for seniors for about 6 years + I'm motivated and decided to provide the best care possible for those in need. I understand that not every patient has the same diagnosis as other patients. I do have clients with Alzheimer's disease, Parkinsons disease, bed bound clients with bed sores, strokes, Down syndrome clients, ets, I'm compassionate to the clients needs. My experience as a caregiver has given me the greatest satisfaction, knowing the patient's family's are grateful for the care I provide. I cared for my loved ones when they were sick, my Mother and Grandmother. It wasn't tell I moved to Massachusetts in 2012 that I decided to make a career out of it. I have worked in nursing homes for 6 years and also did private care for 2 years. Every single one of my patients and residents I have treated them as if they are my loved ones. I give them the compassion each one of them deserves.

I genuinely enjoy working with the elderly and those in need of some extra help and compassion. My huge empathy, intuitive skills and alertness enables me to hone in and give my full attention and care to my companion. Witnessing my grandmothers health deteriorating and not being able to comfort her really hurt.I felt a need to change it, thus i was attracted to become a caregiver after seeing the reality behind the health care industry. I enjoy working with unique individuals and putting my skills to help those in need, also to be able to learn and gain experience from this position is truly rewarding. A personal achievement i am proud of is my participation in medical courses whilst still in school, working internships at the hospitals and being given real life scenarios to advance in.

Being brought up without any Family members has given me a desire to achieve a sense of friendship and companionship with People. I enjoy helping seniors, and adults in need of assistance. Seeing there family member expressions when i care for there love ones motivates me to continue the level of care I provide.

I've been caring for the elderly since I was 18 I am now 34 I have 16 years hands on experience. To me helping our elders is a PASSION I love listening to our elders and learning from them. Caring for our elders is something you have to enjoy because sometimes this line of work gets dirty but I'll love your loved one and care for them like I'd want someone to care for my own family member. THATS A PROMISE.

I am a very patient, jovial, loving and gently person. I adore kids. i love to see them running all over the place it melts my heart to see the happy and smiling . I have years of experience in child care. I grew around alot of children so that is why i adore them so much. I enjoy playing with them 24/7 just because i love to see them happy and sometimes i get so caught up i feel live i am a child too. i love the experience because the more time i take care of them the more i learn so that when the day comes i am well experience to take great care of my kids.
