Health Caregiver / CNA Inspired by taking care of my parents at home until they passed . My mother passed 6 years ago and recently my father .2 years after losing my mother. I have a great personality especially around the elderly !My passion is helping others in there daily routines in order for them to be independent in there own surroundings to feel safe in there own home is part of there wellness. I enjoy cooking for others Our roles in being a caregiver is to help others and the family members knowing that there loved ones are been cared for .I am someone who has a very passionate heart . I treat others as Iike my own family it's not just a job it's my passion and my loyalty to care . I am compassionate of there feelings and enjoy listening to there stories no matter how many times they tell the same thing it's very rememberable to them .I have a lot of experience in Dementia and Parkinson's disease patients.I do well in trying to keep there daily routine it's very important I feel for it to not change because it's what there use too.

I love working with elders. When I started working in this field, I started caring for my mother. My mother was diagnosed with colon cancer. My dad ask me, was we going to put her in a facility. I responded and told him no sir. I rearranged my schedule to take care of my mom at home. I love and enjoy what i do. I have more than 5 years of experience.

My name is Randelle & I started working with the elderly about 3 years ago I started out working as a home health aide and absolutely loved it and keeping smiles on my clients faces ! I than did home health and worked at an assisted living facility & from their it made me realize that this was the career I want to be in! I have such a kind heart and great personality everyone always loves me ! I am currently still a home health aide and love caring for her she always say "you give the best showers who taught you how to do your job ? " literally makes me so happy !
