I am currently a Patient Care Tech at St. Anthony's Hospital (BayCare Health) were I have the opportunities to feel and see the difference, I contribute in restoring patients to their health; to be apart of patients health care it is amazing feeling that brings joy to my heart. I become a caregiver to make difference in people in life, by providing interactive way to restores independences of one life and thus help patients feels happier when achieving their moto skills and gives them the confidence they needed to believe in their self again. My personal achievement that I am proud of is when I am with COVID patients on the hospital floor and seeing most of these patients came in can't breath and walk because their are too and has be oxygen , and see these patient restore back to help is my most proud moments in life .

I love caring for people and realize that being a caregiver is not just a job but a gift. I have assisted individuals with dementia, mobility issues and those just desiring companionship. I take pride in being a caregiver and love assisting others. I am the caregiver for you!

After my grandmother suffered a bad fall it was up to me to help with her home health care. I loved it more than I ever thought I would and have decided to pursue a career in nursing. I have 2 years experience caring for children and adults with developmental disabilities in a school and group home. I also have almost a year's experience as a CNA working in a long term care facility. I have a Bachelor's degree, which shows that I am hardworking and dedicated, and have been taking pre-requisite classes towards a nursing degree. I have visited " Seniors" ever since I was a little girl, with my mother; such fascinating stories! I have worked in the medical fields and in an elder care business for over 10 years. I know how vital it is for all humans to be validated by love and attention. One of my accomplishments was to be present, and give assurance to a client that did want to "go". She died peacefully, listening to her favorite music , while I held her hand! I consider that a great honor. I am a college graduate. Graduated with honors at St. Petersburg College in Allied Health , ( Radiology ). In my youth , I was a laboratory technician. Treating and helping folks and trying to make them smile, has apparently what I have done all my life . I still consider it an honor.

I've been working with kids for years. I love the little ones they are really little sponges and love to learn. The older ones are great to talk to, wanting to know what they want to do with there life's.

I took cake of my grandparents for years. They had COPD, Diabetes, Dementia and were hard of hearing. I helped with their daily activities, made sure they took their medicine, grocery shopped, took them to doctor appointments and just spent time with them.

I am a very easy going and caring persons. I became a caregiver before I graduated high school because I have always enjoyed helping people. I think care giving is a very emotionally rewarding job.
