I love helping others. Also adore making sure everyone has their needs met and know they have someone that cares for their needs. I enjoy building a relationship with the residents. The most part I enjoy is being there for them and know I'm doing something good. The greatest thing that made me proud was when I was taking care of a resident she was on hospice and she saod sorry for causing you so much trouble. I told her your not trouble this is my job and I adore it. She looked at me and said I appreciate everything you do your an amazing working and I can tell you love what you do. Another time was when I was volunteering and a resident got really attacted to me. She wouldn't want to do anything with anyone. She would rather wait till i came out of school to take care of her. A worker told me you were an angel sent here. Marie (the patient) never use to come out her room or anything . what made me proud was that I got to change that. Its feels great to know your making people feel good and letting them know you care.

Hello. My name is Alexia Thompson, i am a 20 year old college student. I am always a happy and motivated person and always looking for something new. I have been around children my whole life due to my family having very many kids. I adore all of them and have always dreamed of having one of my own. I know being a caregiver would be an amazing opportunity for myself because i love kids and i am amazing with kids. I also would be amazing with someone who is not capable of doing things on their own. Such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, etc. I personally clean my home every day so i am in a clean environment while i believe would make anyone feel better.

Hello everyone. My name is Jaclyn. I am new to Winter Haven, Florida. I am a single parent of a great 6 year old little boy. I am funny, loving, and hardworking. I will go above and beyond to attempt to make someone smile. It makes my day to know that I made some smile. I am a very caring person. I have seen my family members through alot of different situations. I've given care for over 5 years to my aunt whom has M.S. I have seen my grandmother through 3 different cancers. I saw my 2 other grandmothers through the end of their lives, one with COPD, and the other with Parkinson's. I have helped raise and potty train many children including ADHD and autistic children. I have been a caregiver for 6 plus years took care of bed bound, wheelchair bound seniors, also know light housekeeping, CPR and first aid and also worked in a nursing home for 2 years giving seniors the best care possible and giving you a peace of mind. Hi! My names Taehler's, I have a very bubbly personality. I always strive to have the best day and maintain a positive attitude. I am bls/ acls certified. I have worked in a hospital setting for roughly 8 years now. My main education has been in radiology, but I have worked in interventional radiology for 5/6 years now.I work with critical care patients - examples diabetics, liver failure, dementia, cancer patients, stroke patients, heart disease patients, etc. I have a wide spectrum of education and experience with sick as well as just elderly patients. I have always wanted to become a care giver as my mother was for many years before retiring. I believe I could bring a lot of care and love to a family who desperately needs to feel comfortable leaving their family member with a stranger, except I would treat them like they are my own family! I lost my grandmother to cancer, and her care giver was a saint. I can only wish to bring what she brought to the table for another dear family.
