CG for about a year. I help them with showers, walking, changing, linens, making bed, companionship, laundry, light housekeeping, and basic ADLs.

Being a caregiver has helped me in so many ways, I have worked in Assisted Living and Private duty. I love what I do helping each client I've worked with. Taking care of sick people that needs my help gives me joy in my heart and it let me know they need people to work with them that care.

I enjoy helping defenseless people like elderly people, I think they are like children because they become fragile and undefense, what makes me so careful and understanding with them is ... thinking about my children and grandparents, I live my own experiences and from this I feel compassionate, I would like them to never suffer abuse and, on the contrary, have the best possible care when they are far from home or family.
