Hi I'm Eleanor! I am a Christian mother of 3 amazing kiddos. Caring for people is just second nature for me, even as a young child. I have cared for many family members of mine from end of life to daily living. I have a firm belief in treating people with respect and dignity. Even on someone's bad day you always show kindness and compassion. I find fulfillment in knowing I've made a difference in someone's life wether it be just a home cooked meal, or just a smile. The little things make a big difference and caregiving is just that. I have a natural upbeat and bubbly personality, which many people have told me I just bring positivity where ever I go. Caring for people is my God giving calling and I'm happy to follow that. Honestly my personal achievements would be my children. They are special needs and I pride myself in how far they have come and how they blossomed into the young caring children they are family is the most important thing in life.

I have always had interest in taking care of people who need care. I like the job, and the way I help the individuals in their personal life. I have been really helpful to the students I work with at the Chimes school. I like helping others, am good at team work, am jovial, respectful and like to develop new idea.

I became a caregiver to give back to our seniors. They have worked and paved the way for us to have opportunities they could only dream of. I love caregiving because I like to show seniors they are not forgotten and someone cares .I am most proud of graduating top of my class from Fortis Institute with a 3.85 GPA. I am kind hearted loving caring hardworking goal oriented loyal person who asks only to be treated with respect and kindness.

What makes me a great care provider is I have a great passion for people and their well being. To have give medical attention to mother and grandma at a young age is what lead me to have this passion. My great accomplishment is choosing a career that helps and restores people well being.

I recently worked for a lovely family here in Baltimore, MD taking care of their 94 years young dad/granddad. I am a graduate of Fortis Institute's Medical Assistant Program and a Certified Medication Technician. I've been trained by The Chimes Inc. for Aging and the Special Needs of the Elderly for Direct Support Professionals, Communication Skills for Direct Support Professions, Slips and Trips and Falls for Direct Support Professionals. I also completed Driving Safety, Safe Lifting, Hazardous Communications, General Emergency Guidelines and Fire Safety Training. CPR and First Aid Certified.

I became a caregiver because i wanted to help people that cant help themselves or just need companionship. I like being a caregiver because i like making people happy and giving people help when they need it. A personal achievement i am proud of is becoming a Medication Technician. I have experience as a med tech/caregiver and i worked in 2 assistant living facilties with memory care also.

I took care of my grandfather before he passed out. This made me realized how important is it to show love and affection to other b people. I enjoy and love helping others. I have all the patience to endure any format of pressure that might come with my duties as a caregiver.

I have taken care of other people kids and I had took care of my grandfather before he passed away. I also have been doing care giving for 8 months now, but I have been dealing with more then one resident at a time. It is still in healthcare and that is what I want to do is healthcare work. I love helping people especially if I can do so. I am a lovable, nice, sweet and kind person.

I decided to become a care giver after my grandmother suffered her first heart attack. I've made that personal choice because i didn't like the care that she was receiving, and i figured if i can just get more educational training then i can care for her at home after the hospital treatment. And I've cared for her on two separate occasions before i received my training. I've also worked in group homes working with the Developmentally Disabled adults for two years. And i'm also a mom of a wonderful three year old little girl.

I have been a caregiver for the last 5yrs .I became a caregiver after taking care of my grandmother and after that I joine career and I have worked as I private caregiver since I love my patients and make them comfortable as they can be.I am a great companion and good a listener.

I became a caregiver because I enjoy being around people, and helping then to feel better. I enjoy being useful as well as giving someone else that feeling as well, many times older people feel like they are left behind or nonproductive yet they still have wisdom to share. I went back to school as an older person in my thirties, and I excelled in my field.
