I became a caregiver to make a difference in peoples lives. I love what I do I've been a cna for 11 plus years.I try to do the very best I can everyday to meet my patients needs. I have worked in assisted living, nursing homes and hospital settings.

I have become a caregiver after taking caring of my dad before he passed. I came to realize that how people need care while they are sick. Starting from that point, I am very passionate to become a caregiver. I am proud of myself for possessing characters of being compassionate, helpful, caring and empathetic. I am educated and finished my CNA training as well. I am currently working for the home care agencies with multiple clients. I am outgoing and extrovert.

I became a caregiver because I love to help people. I love to help people who not only are learning to appreciate genuine help given but also appreciate the help to the fullest. I love being a caregiver because I get to be there for someone who maybe might not have anyone else. Companionship is always necessary. Sometimes it is hard to ask for help but when someone is not made to feel bad about asking they feel better about themselves. If I can bring a smile to someone's face then my day is complete. Sometimes a smile is all it takes. Working with the elderly is something that I have always enjoyed. I worked in the Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician for four years and dealt with so many different kinds of people but the elderly always gravitated towards me more then anyone. In fact my coworkers at the time were quite envious of me because I was liked best. :) I have always been one to want to help anyone in need which is why I am a Criminal Justice major. I am big on seeking justice for the families looking for answers who need closure.

I enjoy being a caregiver because I enjoy caring for others. I have been doing caregiving for at least 20yrs, I been getting paid for caregiving for the last past 9yrs. See i took care of my grandma before she past so I enjoyed helping and nowing she was tooking good care of so I kind of stayed in the field after her passing I have worked in several facilities doing CNA work, I worked for companys that sent me out to home to assist the elderly at home with there daily activities. I'm trained to work with stroke victims, dementia patients and train on colosmy bags, catheters as well trained how to use hoyer lefts, slid boards, blood pressure machine, I am also a certified medical assistant, certified CPR and my first aid license

I have my own special needs child and I have been taking care of children since i was still in high school. I am CPR/AED certified. I work well with others and I am always willing to help in any way I am qualified to do so. I love children and I am a flexible and determined person to do a great job in all the things I do.

I am a certified Home Health Aid, I graduated with the highest score in the class in October and am still looking for a job. I became a home health aid because I wanted to help people and also it will help me toward becoming a Dietitian, because that is what I am going for and I need experience with people. I like it because I can help people. I am proud of the fact that I am going to become a Dietitian. I have worked with people in the past, I used to volunteer at a nursing home when I was younger. I have also helped both my parents that are disabled around the house. Now I only help my Mom who is disabled around the house because my Dad passed away 2yrs ago I take her to her doctors visits and take her to the store.

I became a caregiver because I enjoy helping people when they are unable to help themselves. I like the interaction with the patients and the feeling I get when I know that I am helping them. 1. I originally am a medical assistant but found another route with becoming a caregiver. 2. I love about being a caregiver is being able to know that I helped someone brighten up their day even if it's just a few hours whether it's just me helping around the house or just being a companion. 3. I use to work for comfort keepers and I had a client who was just depress due to personal issues. While being there for only a day or so he personally told me that he thought he couldn't be happy with life as before. 4. I am a very out going, energetic, independent, reliable human being. I have a bubbly personality very optimistic and see the positives in life rather than the negatives.

I become a caregiver for two in a half years and I enjoyed being a caregiver.
