Hello, my name is Madriecka Ogletree. I've been working in the home care field for over 12 years. I love what I do. I love being able to make a difference by helping others even with the smallest tasks. I have a wide range of experience but always willing to learn more and widen my knowledge.

I am a very caring person, and treating patients as family. I love taking care of people that is not able to take care of themselves. I enjoy putting smiles on the patient face and getting to know them personally, because it helps me to know what they like and don't like. What hurts them and what doesn't hurt. I'm proud of the things I've learned, wound care, feeding, repositioning, everything that is an addition of being CNA.

I enjoy being a help for others, caring and having patience are my qualities. Seeing people that really appreciate help and knowing that someone is here to be there in their time of need.

I became a caregiver because I have a deep passion for the care industry. Watching and learning for my mother who has been an RN for the past 30 years taking care of the elderly deepened my passion. For the past 6 years I have had extensive experience as a personal care aid working in different sectors and environments from nursing homes, private duty, private home care, in home health care and hospitals. I am currently attending college pursuing my nursing degree as an honors student. Caring for others is not only a deep passion but it is I believe my purpose as well. I love being a caregiver because it teaches me a lot of powerful life lessons and skills; and also the ability to be there when there is a need and provide the appropriate most effective care and make a positive difference or contribution is something that is very important to me. I have learned the power of empathy, to be able to put myself in another's shoes and learn how to give the kind of care that I would love to receive if I was in a specific predicament. The important of dependability, to be there and provide the most appropriate and effective care in a time of great insecurity. I understand the value of patience, to take the time, energy and put in the work that is required to understand the specific needs of a patient and be able to provide effective specialized care.

My name is india and I am a 23 year old caregiver . I have been caregiving for four years now . I started taking care of my aunt when she was in need of care . I've always felt the need to help people and I've always been told I have the biggest heart . So I felt this field was the perfect match for me .

I am a certified CNA.....I have worked in a nursing home for 2 yrs...I love being a caregiver bc it makes me feel good caring for someone in their time of need ..I love seeing the appreciation when the job is done...A personal achievement I'm proud of is becoming a caregiver.

34 years of age. Been into private care some I was 13 years old. I started off by helping my mother take care of my grandmother. She was a paraplegic for 52 years before she passed. I feel like it's my calling.
