I have over 10 years experience with Cargiving. Im so passionate about quality care of disabled kids and Seniors or even Seniors whom need just a little help. My outlook is, In order for us to becoome Seniors we have had to do something good. Even the worst person has done SOMETHING good from giving a stranger $1 because they were down and out to holding the door for someone out of courteous. Whatever that good was, as a caregiver we have to show them that we thank them for whatever it was by giving them quality care, not a rush job, not because you need money to pay your bills, but because you care and nurturing is all you really know how to do! My mom had Cancer. Its important to know, you never frown or make a stinky face when changing an ileostomy bag. Knowing they can become fatigue 90% of the time is important from Chemo to their bodys trying to fight take alot out of them. Understanding alot of days they may not want to eat ANYTHING but you have to ensure to get nutrition by giving them a boost ensure or something because they must drink and have liquids. Im comfortable and confident with all parts of care from insulin, to checking blood pressure, oxygen machine, inhalers, suction machine, hoyer lifts, wound care, G-tube feeding, Dementia/Alzheimer, Diabetics, and much more to fun activities, bingo, crocheting, card games and a day out into town.

Helping those who need the Care and Support they are in need of for their Loved one. I'm an Dependable and Honest Person.

I am a 28 year old female with a lot of experience I come from a small family of 5 girls. I love working and helping others. I love spending my time with people in need. I love working with older people the best because they are the best people to always talk to. I love to keep your spirits high make them laugh. I have a great suicide sense of humor. anyone I ever work with with will say that they really enjoy working with me I'm a very fast learner and I'm always willing and down for learning new things. I feel that I'm a great caregiver because I have many family members who need care due to age, mental illness, developmental disabilities, etc. I think about they type of care my family wants provided for those family members and do my best to provide that and more for my clients. I have been a caregiver most of my life, because of my family members, but professionally for about a year. I have loved working with clients of all backgrounds and special needs and have chose to continue to do this even after relocation. My last clients was dual diagnosed and needed a lot of attention and care. Coming into the situation I did a lot of listening to the people who knew her best and then connected with her as time went on. The joy I feel when I'm getting to care for someone is indescribable, because so many of my family members need care I have seen first hand what good caregivers and provide for these individuals and I strive to do that for my clients.
