Hi my name is Latoya Smith

I show empathy and compassion. I'm very responsible when it comes down to doing my job. I am very patient and trustworthy, I take my job very seriously. I started looking into becoming a caregiver when my granddaddy was getting real sick and could no longer do for himself and plus I love taking care of others and helping people. I enjoy getting to know my patients and just being able to keep them company and making them feel loved and cared about. The biggest personal achievement that I am very proud of would be loving the fact that I can help others to help themselves.

I believe my most useful qualities in this role are patience, loyalty and kindness. I enjoy working with people who are in need and jobs where you have one on one interactions with people. I enjoy working with elderly family members. I'm proud of how i give a great presentation within myself or wherever I go.

My name is Britney Crumity I am currently working at residence oak grove. It's like a nursing home but it is a assisting living home. I'm a ra there I make 13.50 a hour. I am 28 years old and I have 4 boys
