I want to care for people and help them have the best life possible. Hopefully I can bring joy and laughter into people's lives even if they are very sick or struggling. I would love to spend time with them doing something they enjoy and removing unnecessary stress from their lives. Even something as simple as cleaning and opening a window can let in sunshine and fresh air that makes a big difference in people's emotional and physical health. I am a very caring person and dedicated to working with others. I have been taking care of my mother since I was five-years-old and know what it's like when people need you and depend on you. I also have over twenty years of caregiver experience outside of my own family, at hospitals, daycare centers and as a nanny. As a nanny, I not only took care of the children, but also the entire household by cleaning and making sure that the children followed their schedule and met their parents' expectations.

I have been a caregiver to several family members but not professionally but to be able to help someone while maintaining their dignity with compassion and patience is my goal . I have worked in the healthcare field for 30 years in pharmacy and will return to pursuing my nursing degree in the near future ,employment with you will give me a early opportunity to serve others in their time of need

I am proud to be a caregiver because it affords me to give back to society in a very special and meaningful way. When I undertake this precious opportunity it always reminds me of taking care of my mom and my loving wife who made her transition due to a chronic illness. This is why I take on this position with the utmost sincerity and humbleness. The reward I receive is a heartfelt one that comes through in my work ethics. I love working both with children and the elderly. I am very dependable and loyal. I will do my very best to provide your every need. A personal achievement of mine is to know that I made my wife's transition bearable and loving until her last smile. I am continuing in that same frame of mind with my mother. I know that I can make an impact in the life of whomever I am entrusted with providing care for.

I was led into the medical field when my youngest child became ill and was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy which led to him getting a tracheostomy and g-tube placed! I also helped several family members with their illnesses and wound care before they passed away! I am am advocate for those who can't do for themselves or speak for themselves. I treat people the way I want to be treated and also you have to have patience which I feel is imperative in healthcare!

I love taking care of people. I worked on an ambulance in Chicago for 10 years then I moved down south. I have worked in assisted living facilities and in private homes caring for many different people with many different needs and I amtruly glad to be of service to my clients

My personality traits are creativity, positivity and adaptability. What attracted me to being a care giver is the death of my father. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is helping those who are in need. One personal achievement that I am proud of is graduating from Chicago state and making the decision to continue on to attain my masters.

What makes me a great care giver and distinguishes me from others is my personality and the amount of patience I have. I just enjoy helping people, in general, because it makes me feel good and its the right thing to do. I am currently in school studying to obtain my MD, with hopes of becoming an OB/GYN, and I felt like being a CNA/caregiver was the first step in getting my foot in the doors of the healthcare field.

I started my caregiving career 8years ago when I stared working at Misericodia Home. I took pride in knowing that I can help God's most vurnable population of people thieve. I enjoy making a difference in someone's life by letting them know there are people that care. My most proud moment is completing college.

I am a very hardworking and dependable person who always give any task at hand my all. I also wanted to help people and me providing the best care possible means I'm fulfilling my goal. The thing I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the fact that I can help brighten up someone's day and put a smile on their face. My personal achievement in life is my child and being able to show her the joy of helping others.

I'm dependable, patient, and caring. Im been caring for individuals my whole like it started with my parents and a great aunt. I enjoy working with elders. I enjoy the most being caregiver I enjoy helping elders stay in their home . The personal achievement I'm am most proud of is making my seniors happy when they say I'm glad your are my caregiverr.

I have always put myself in the client's and their family's shoes and I strive to be the kind of person,,,care giver that I would want to have caring for my family members or myself. I don't look at the clients as a paycheck or as non factors. I see them as someone in my family, one of my friends and that makes me want to work that much harder for and with them. I currently work in the school district at Jacob E. Manch School and I love working with the kids but i must be honest the pay is not enough to make ends met. And I feel that I all my hard work is for not. I would love to be some place where I felt like Im helping to make a difference in the world.

My husband and I realized that as my parents were getting older, there were things that they could no longer do easily, so we moved to another state where we could afford a larger home to be able to take them in. Since then, my father-in-law has been diagnosed with dementia and my father-in-law requires many trips to the doctors. It has been a challenge adjusting to each other in our living situations, and frustration learning to deal with someone with dementia, but, I have to draw on the strength and guidance of God and people who have been in this situation. Meeting new people and providing caregiving services that they can no longer do for themselves. I am personally glad that i achieved my bachelors degree in 2004 Three years working as a supervisor for Naikwas Daycare center and a child care provider for “In Good Hands”. I have had extensive interaction with children, ranging from infancy to 18 years, as well as their parents and guardians. Unique background as a director of children's theatre at my church. Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice . Specialized coursework including Intro to Law and classroom learning principles. I Assisted in care of special needs children within the School City of East Chicago Indiana. Additionally, I have lived in Illinois, California, Mississippi, Indiana and currently living in Atlanta Georgia. Living in such diverse places has endowed me with a great deal of appreciation for diverse groups of people

I started in HC to care for my terminally ill family members. I feel I am being of service. Continuing my education after caring for my entire family. I started Homecare, then CNA, then PCT 11, I am looking forward to starting my RN education. I have been a caregiver since 1997.

I love helping people. I know what it is like to need assistance. I have a big heart and love meeting new people. caregivers have to be able to be considerate and compassionate.

My passion for caring for clients and dedication is always readily available 7days a week and anytime during the week. My best achievements in life are my Certification as a Nursing Assistant. My Associate Degree in Paralegal studies and my Bachelor's in Sociology. I have worked as a CNA for 10years and as a Caregiver for 5years. Iam a self-motivater and very goal oriented. Iam in school for my Masters in Human Service in which I plan to use that to carry my passion in working with elderly clients.

A compassionate caregiver is one that can empathize with others. Until just recently, I was in the same position as many families that currently seek a caregiver. Although I spent many years caring for an ailing, 93-year-old grandmother that recently transitioned, there were hours that my family received the help of caregivers outside of our family. Having someone that is intuitive, watchful, and is willing to go the extra mile for others unsolicited is important. That is what I can provide. Before I decided to stay at home full time to provide care for my immediate household, father who is now in remission from an illness as well as my grandmother, I served as an elementary school teacher for several years. I am a nature lover and board game enthusiast. I would enjoy providing the compassionate care that every human deserves.

I am very outgoing, understanding, professional, kindhearted and have a great spirit. I love to help. I enjoy the appreciation from my work performance. I am most proud of myself.

I am a caregiver because I have a genuine interest in the care of others. I've taken the gift God gave me and decided to make a profession out of it. Seeing my grandfather be poorly cared for while he was in a nursing home changed my perspective and I decided to be the difference I wanted to see.

I chose to become a caregiver because I am a compassionate person and I feel it is my duty to service others in need of my care. I love the sense of pride I feel when helping those in need and the smiles or gestures of kindness I receive when helping clients. My proudest moment thus far is being accepted into the professional sequence of Nursing this year at my university. A little about me, I'm a Nursing student at Chicago State University. I'm a junior working on my Bachelor of Science In Nursing. I have 2 years experience as a home health aide and plan to work as a home health nurse when I pass the NCLEX exam and receive licensure. I am a loving and caring person who enjoy helping others, as well as, the joy I feel as a human being in doing so.

I became a caregiver because I love giving people the help they need. This is a second career for me after having worked in manufacturing for twenty five years.I have been a caregiver for 5 and a half years and it is very rewarding. I offer companionship and have many skills that are useful to my clients.Im a wife, mother of three and a grandmother. My happy, successful children are my greatest joy.
