I became a caregiver to help those in need. Who may be limited, but can still live a life of fulfillment. I enjoy seeing the person's face when they see they did something they didn't think that person could do. It's fun to see their face light up with joy. Becoming more than just a caregiver to a client is very fulfilling to me. I appreciate that they can call me their friend. I'm just a big hearted person that loves to help those in need. I have 4+ years of experience in caregiving, and would love to put my skills to clients use.

I have always been interested in jobs that deal with the care of a persons lifestyle and I never hesitate when it comes to lending a hand to someone who needs it. I am very flexible with schedules and dealing with different clients, and I can easily adapt to new environments and the surroundings. I have experience in both home care and in a skilled nursing facility. My favorite part of my job on top of helping others is getting to know the resident I am caring for. As a caregiver you can spend more time with your client getting to know them better, which makes caring for them more of like a hobby than a job.

I have been a CNA for 18+ years, I became a caregiver so I could take care of my grandma. I love what I do. I am honest, trustworthy, funny, kind, loving, and can be firm if need to be. I am a stickler on doing as much for themselves as possible, because if they loose it, they cannot get it back. I treat my clients as I would want to be treated, with respect, dignity, and compassion.

I became a caregiver because I love caring for people and meeting all their needs. What I like about being a caregiver/CNA is seeing what a difference I can make by simply smiling and making someone's day so much better. Being able to help them with the little things that other people take for granted and helping them reach their full potential of good health again. A personal achievement I'm proud of is how much Ive accomplished since Ive had my son, and how much schooling I have put myself through, and how well Ive done while doing most of it on my own. I couldn't run fast enough to be a officer and I was too kind to be a police officer. I didn't become a firefighter because I didn't feel strong enough to swing a axe effectively, but it was very fun to carry a grown man down a 50 foot ladder two times and fight a real fire. I am ready to help you and your family. I am looking for a part-time job Saturday nights after 8pm until 1pm Sunday mornings. I can listen / tell stories, play games, help with meals and medication.
