I have always enjoyed waiting on, taking care of, and the company of the elderly, I also like lightening the load of the family. The things that I like about being a Caregiver, is the personal satisfaction I get out of being where I'm needed and receiving so many letters of appreciation from so many families, and office staff. I am a very loving 61-year-old CNA/Home Health Aide (10 years), Caregiver, Companion/Sitter, with 26 years of Home Healthcare under my belt. I am empathetic, full of compassion, kind and have (so I've been told), possess a wonderful sense of humor. I enjoy being helpful and have loads of energy, which helps a lot, considering I love to stay busy. I am computer savvy, and can perform certain duties online. My client's and their families become very comfortable around and with me. They soon realize that I enjoy challenges, and I have a great working relationship with other members of the medical team. I am a great cook, and have so much experience in the home healthcare field, that I can handle pretty much anything that comes my way. All in all, myself, and others that matter, believe that this is my niche in life; and I am excellent at it. Proficient in Alzheimer's/Dementia, Cancer, Hospice, and Incontinent Care. I specialize in couples. General Housekeeping and laundry provided, depending on the case.

I enjoy the opportunity to make an impact on clients’ lives and make a difference to them. I appreciate the clients allowing me into their homes to get to know them and make their everyday living as comfortable as possible. The smile on their face is overwhelming and makes me feel good about helping others. I have always enjoyed helping people. Since I was a child, I took care of several elderly family members at a young age and didn't mind so I knew this was the career I wanted.

1. I became a caregiver when a family member became disabled, he need care for a illness he has . I had taken a medical course , and could get a job being a medical assistant so I decided to become a caregiver. 2. To me its rewarding to see the smiles on their faces and how happy we make the people feel when we I help, them, or just being a companion keeping them company. 3. I am proud that I was able to complete the medical training to be able to do and understand how to be a good caregiver. 4.I am reliable, trustworthy ,hard working person, I enjoy working being busy so I'm always ding something, crossword puzzles, knitting, crocheting, painting, sewing, playing games. I love to learn new things.

A really loving understanding and caring person

I am very compassionate about people and helping those in need. I would enjoy working with individuals who are elderly, disabled, or just need extra help after injury or having a procedure. I have taken care of pets for 3 years for a living and would also like to care for people. I cared for my ailing father with COPD, CHF, a trach, among other conditions for a year before he left us. I would love to help care for you or your family member in performing tasks not able to be done, or just providing companionship.

I enjoy helping other people and doing all I can to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I am a dedicated individual that always gives a 110% and then some to whatever I am doing. On trait about myself that I am very proud of is my patience. One of my friends always describes me this way...."The patience of Job and the wisdom of Solomon". I first took an interest in caregiving when my dad was on diagnosed with kidney disease in 1992. He went on kidney dialysis for 8 years. During that time it was way too much for my mother to take care of him by herself, so I stepped in and aided. This was my introduction into caregiving. Since that tie I continued to worked in the manufacturing industry. When the opportunity was made available last year to make a career change I took that opportunity

I like to help people and being There for them. Being able to help other with problems. Being the company that a person needs when they want company. I'm energetic, compassionate, love dealing with people and I'm patient.

I have over a decade of experience in the medical field. I have been caring for the elderly for most of my career. I'm very experienced in homecare and facility care. I prefer homecare. I have truly made a difference in some of my clients lives. Caring for and helping people is my passion.

What makes me a great caregiver is I'm exceptional and dependable at everything that I do I'll go over and beyond to make clients and family comfortable. I became a caregiver because it's always been my calling, I love making others happy. What I like about caregiving is that you become an extended family member to help someone's life a little easier. I have been in this career field for over 10 years.

I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years because I have a nurturing character. I have worked various areas of healthcare from C.N.A., Phlebotomy, EKG monitoring as well as trained for the administrative area. It is my belief that it take takes a special person to care the ill.
