I am a patient caring and dependable person that loves people. I was a caregiver for my mom and stepdad prior to moving to Raleigh earlier this year. I enjoyed assisting with meals, shopping and general grooming for them. I like to make the elderly feel comfortable and good about themselves.

From my experience of 7 years, working with other professional caregivers, clients, and families, the characteristics of me being a good caregiver would include: Demonstrating empathy and compassion for the senior, Supporting the patient's family members, who may be struggling to cope with their loved one's decline, Committing to professional growth and continuing education, Being reliable, including arriving for work on time and fulfilling all duties in a timely manner, Respecting patients' privacy and dignity, Exhibiting a positive demeanor and kind tone of voice, Being considerate and kind when working with the patient, Being mindful of the fact that I'm working in a senior's or their family's, private home. Using good communication skills with both the patient and the family, Having a well-kept personal appearance, including following professional dress code, Acting as a personal supporter for my client and their family during difficult times :)

I am a very compassionate caregiver . I enjoy taking care of elders. I have been a caregiver for 8 years now and it is very rewarding. I love being a companion for them and helping taking care of them . It makes me feel great when I take care of my clients ! I am very kind, respectful, and understanding. I love what I do !

Hello, my name is Cynthia, but I like to be called Cindi. I have been caregiver for over 10 years. I realized that patience is a must when being a good caregiver. Also, some other good traits are being flexible, confidence, attentive and trustworthy. Making a difference in someone's life is what attracted me to caregiving. I became a caregiver because I'm a very caring passionate and responsible person who have always loved to care for others especially my elders. what I like about being a caregiver is that I'm able to help assist and help my elders or others with things they can't very well do themselves and I like making them feel safe and comfortable to know I'm always there. My personal achievement I'm happy about is receiving my CNA certificate and becoming a restorative nurse assistant. I have worked as a CNA, DSP, and home health. I have been working in the health care field for 6 years now and I have my Certification in medication. I've always enjoyed helping people since I was a little girl. My dream is to become a Registered Nurse. I'm very sweet, kind, loving and understanding. I think I make a great care giver because I have a very big Heart and always willing to give a helping hand to someone in need of help. I became a care giver because of my grandmother and seeing the struggle she went threw and I feel no elderly person should have to go threw hat alone. I have 2 children who i love dearly. I live on the south side of chicago and i have always worked for everything i wanted and needed. I became a caregiver because I have compassion for helping others and I am proud of obtaining my certified nursing certification. I have not used my certification in a few year and would an opportunity step back out into job force within this career field.

I became a care giver because my mom was very sick when i was 13 and i did everything i could to help her till she passed away. I feel that im very great with people and love interacting with others when that person needs someone by their side. The part i enjoy the most about care giving is getting a chance to talk to the patience about the past life and their future because i opens up doors to a better connect with each other. My personal achievement im proud of is graduating from high school because i went thru a lot growing up and didn't think i could make it.

I've been caring for seniors along with many loved ones since the very young age of eleven! I became a certified Home Health Aide in 2014! have devoted my career to caring for those in need. This year I became a certified Home Health Aide for the state of Indiana . My top priority is to use my patient care skills, training, and experience to create a comfortable environment for residents while assisting in activities of daily living. I am very hard working. I take pride in taking care of those in need. One day in the near future I hope to become a nurse!

I am a wife and mother of four wonderful boysand my GOD chose for me to be a caregiver. I'm a Christian and their is no greater joy than having a opportunity to serve others. Plus I am CPR/BLS certified.

I'm a great caregiver because I'm very passionate about others and I treat everyone with respect,I've always loved to help others before myself especially people that can't do for themselves. I have been working with teenagers with all types of disabilities for 7 years until I recently moved to Springfield, I was a school bus driver and that job made me more passionate to helping people, I was so great at my job that every year parents would call the school district to personally recommend me to be there child driver,not to be cocky but I know what I have to offer and who I am as a human and if you want exceptional work I'm the person for your love one!
