Hi, my name is Janine. I have always loved being a helper and caregiver to family and friends. I am a friendly and compassionate person always willing to help make life easier for those in need. It has always been important to me to be a truthful and trustworthy person. My experience includes emergency room visits, rides to doctor appointments and surgeries, physical therapy exercises, grocery store errands, meal preparation, housework and yard work and pet care.

My grandfather developed dementia so I helped out a lot with him and I am also really close with my grandmother and would do anything in the world to make her happy and help her out anyway I can Being around the elderly brings joy to my life knowing I am able to put a smile and help someone else's family members

Hello! My name is Leini Coslett. I learned the value of a dollar and what it meant to work for the things I have at a young age. This has taught me true determination along with loyalty, communication, and teamwork. My family has always been my number one priority, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be who I am today. I'm thankful they showed me that no matter the circumstances I can always figure out how to better myself and turn the odds in my favor. I'm not only strong physically but mentally. I studied hard in school allowing me get my CNA license in December of 2016, following my certification I made a big decision to join the United States Army Reserves as a 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist) in February of 2017. My contract consisted of a Split Op program allowing me to attend basic training the summer following my junior year of high school. Upon completion I came back home to graduate High School in December of 2017, I stayed home and continued to help my family until I shipped out for Advanced Individual Training which was the school showing me how to order, track, and properly take care of sensitive items and general supplies. After my graduation in August of 2018, I returned to Kansas and moved to Manhattan to attend K- State for Psychology and Pre-Med for a brief period of time. While in Manhattan I also attended Bellus Academy and graduated with my license in Cosmetology, as well as certified in Make-Up Artistry, Hair Extensions, and Lash Extensions. Upon graduation I made the decision to return to Wichita to be closer to family, which is where I currently reside.

I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Kansas since October 7th 2018. I am also a certified Home Health Aide, Certified Medication Assistant, and Emergency Medical Technician. I have been a CNA for 4 years and I love every moment of it. I love being able to help people when they are unable to fully achieve their daily lives and make it as easy as possible. In 2010 after being employed by the Boeing Company for 23 years , I was laid off as a result of a workforce reduction. At that time Boeing had contracted with Wichita Area Tech College to give their employees an opportunity to explore other career options. So I took advantage of this 2 year program and went back to school to explore jobs in health care. I acquired a Certified Nurse Aide certificate in 2011 in Kansas and worked for 2 years in an Assisted Living facility. In 2012, I retired from the Boeing Company and moved to Dallas to be closer to my oldest daughter and grandson. It was here I started working as a Caregiver in senior home care. I have found I enjoy this type of care setting because I am able to give more compassionate, personable care and spend more valuable time as opposed to feeling rushed in a facility setting. I pride myself in doing the best possible job I can when caring for clients in their homes. I'm not there to just put in my time and go home, I am there to give the client the best possible care they deserve.

I originally became a caregiver because it was stable income while doing something I love, caring for people. I am a first and foremost a hairstylist, which for me, is all about helping people feel good when they look in a mirror. Spreading joy and building relationships with people is what I'm passionate about. My experience with being a caregiver is being a patient sitter in a hospital.
