I am on the right in this photo. I became a caregiver when my Daddy was diagnosis with cancer 23 years ago. I wanted to know how to take care of him at home. I like that I get to know people .I like listening to there stories. I am proud that I finish college with a Associated Degree and now working on my Bachelor Degree. Dependable , hard working. I became a Caregiver/CNA because I enjoy helping other individuals who may not be able to do everything by themselves. The thing I like most about being a caregiver, is that I get to meet different people and learn new things on a regular basis. My personal achievement I am most proud of was me taking the courses in order to become a CNA. It was a rough task, but I got it done. I am 25 years old , Ohio native I been in Georgia almost 2 years I have 5 years experience as a caregiver with special needs children and adults as well as Geriatric adults. I am currently a certified Personal care Aide with 7 years in caregiving . In these 7 years in the healthcare, I have work as an Activity Assistant and a Personal care Aide in assisting living and in home care. I have passion working with seniors and the handicap. I specialize taking care Alzheimer's patient and older ones in general. Interesting enough, I also fluent in American Sign Language and really have a passion for that culture. Most people that I have worked for find me a pleasure to have me as their employees. I look forward meeting your love one and get to know family.

I became a caregiver because I love being able to help those in need of assistance and who are unable to do for themselves. What I like about being a caregiver is, knowing that I a am who families depend on to take care of their loved ones. I love being able to interact and putting smiles on my patients face. I have been a aide for 25 years and I love it l enjoy and it's my passion taking care of people this is all I know. I spent my whole life caring for the elderly. I became a Caregiver due what my grandparents went through and I will love helping someone else that is need. What I like about being a Caregiver is that your in the nursing field, and helping those that are in need. Plus they feel special and a little emotional due to they have someone than family helping them. Some patients don't have no one to help them through their ruff times of need, and that's my personal achievement that I am proud of. I love my personality because people notice the care that's on the inside and out. I'm willing to help and give to people that needs me sometimes even if they don't need me im always there. And I know how it feels to be in need when you really cant do nothing for yourself, because I couldn't walk for 2 months due to I fractured my pelvic bone. I was very emotional so to know there is someone out there that ill care for you makes you happy.

I became a care giver because I have a talent for caring for all kinds of people, even when I did not work with disable people or those who are in memory care assisted living, I took care of almost everyone in my immediate family. I am also a mother so I have much compassion for others. I also try to live with high moral goals and standards, this is not just about a paycheck for me, because I enjoy what I do. I know that it is better to give then receive, so I want to give back in my life while I am here on this earth. I also have close family who have suffered from terminal illnesses and Dementia, which I have had experience in taking care of. I know that this work takes great patience and hard work, but it makes me feel good at the end of the day that I gave it my best, knowing that I gave someone something dear to them and that is a sense that they are cared for. I believe that this is what every single one of us needs, young or old. I am very proud that I take in interest in the people I care for, not just coming in like im just doing a job, but really caring for them, and once my client gets to know me, they can testify for themselves. I am a single mother with two girls, who look to their mother because I am all they have as a parent. I want to live by example to show them that the best things in life are the things that we give for others, and hard work along with unconditional love. I enjoy learning and plan to become a nurse in the future, which is also an aspiration. I have my own background check, which I can provide during interview process.
