My personality traits are just being the kind of person I am. I'm genuine and kind. I also go above and behind for people I get a bond with. What attract me to become a caregiver is that I want to make a difference in someone's life. I want them to see it's still good people left in the world. What most I enjoy about being a caregiver is I learn a lot of historical things. And we have good conversations about stuff that happened in the past. We just talk and talk and talk. My personal achievement is I met a lot of good residents in the process of my journey and I wouldn't trade it in for nothing in the world

I am a Christian and Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. I am a people's person, I love to help, and service others. Especially, those who cannot do for themselves. I love to attend church, educate myself by going to school, and I am a family orientated person. I am a proud mother and grandmother. As of June 6, of 2019, I am now a Certified Nursing Assistant with the State of Texas, CPR Instructor with the American Heart Association, Uber and Lyft Driver.

I always wanted to become a Nurse that's why Im in school to become one. I actually believe I was put on Earth to show how much I actually care for people. I came from a Family of 9 kids ad I believe that I have the experience from taking care of my 4 younger sisters from cooking, cleaning, hair, etc.. that Im just a great caregiver. Hello my name is Jessica and I've been a caregiver for over 15 years. I worked in many nursing homes and even did sitting work before hurricane Katrina. I love helping others, and taking care of those who are unable to care for themselves. My personality traits are that am very compassion about taking care of others and I put my all into my work. My work really speaks for itself. I love working hands on with the patient and the family members also. what attracted me to be a caregiver was working for different company made me say that this is something I can do on my own, because of the pride I took in working for others, and I went home one day and said that I was going back to school to be a nurse. While in school, some things took place in my life that were personal and it set me back from entering nursing school, but it never stop me from having a passion for be a wonderful caregiver. The best part I enjoy about being a caregiver is seeing smiles on my patient and family members faces and being the best that I can each and everyday. I'm most proud of being able to learn skills daily and keep those skills up by caring for others and listening no matter if I know something or not.
