I become a caregiver because I like taking care of people especially the elderly. I am proud of what I do because I know one day I will be in that position, wanting to get care. I am married with 3 boys and I am going to school at DCCCD trying to get my Associate.

I am a very patient loving and kind person who enjoys helping other people I really feel good when I know I've put a smile on someone.

I became a caregiver because I love people and i enjoy taking care of the elderly where they can keep their dignity by being clean, and their applearance are kept up to their standard befor tjey got sick. Personal achievement that i'm most proud of was to be able to take care of my uncle.

As a Nursing student as well as Certified Nursing Assistant, providing care for people is my passion because it allows me to show my true personality in caring for an individual. I seek caregiving for the need of ones health and well being as well as time for healing. As being a loving, caring person who helps a person to gain their personal independence, providing comforting care and/or being a companion, I do my outmost to make one feels to be treated and feels complete again. Especially adding my bright personality being happy, cheery, youthful, compassionate and understanding, I also incorporate with my care service. Going over and beyond is part of my worth ethics because sometimes a little more attention or time doesn't take away from achieving one's goal in meeting their needs. I've been on the nursing seen since 2001. My husband encountered fatal battle with Cancer. I stopped nursing for a while. I returned I became a nurse support tech 2011. Working with the elderly for the past 15 yeas in the Health Care Industry I find they hold a world of information through their life`s experiences. I enjoy their company and the ability to make them smile and laugh gives me great personal enjoyment. The ability to provide care is something I hope in the future if needed will come from someone with a caring heart. I am 48 years old and just relocated from Baltimore, MD working for HCR Manor Care ( Activity Assistant) to Fayetteville, NC with the promise of a Activity Assistant job that was filled before I completed my relocation move.

Am a loving, compassionate, caring and easy going person.
