My most proud moment was when I was able to leave school after a hertic exam and still able to cover a 12 hour emergency shift and made the A team at my job. I am 17 years old with my CNA certificate. I obtained my certificate from Wayne community college from a cna program from Romulus high school. I plan to become an obstetrician or midwife in the future. I am very independent and smart as well as honest and vocal. I love to help, I am very kind and compassionate. when I was in high school I took a CNA course and loved it the idea of helping others bring me joy I worked in senior living facilities as a RA and CNA. I am currently going to school for nursing and diagnostic of sonographer. Right now I work at a senior independent living home and looking for some part time work on the side

As long as I can remember I have been a caregiver, my mother had a total of 15 children but only ten survived. I was right in the middle of all those children and I had to help take care of those under me. That was the beginning, as the children grew so did my responsibilities. Cleaning ,cooking, making lunches, washing and ironing clothes and babysitting. I have never had any trouble in school,in fact I was a very quick learner and I helped my sisters and brothers throughout their educational careers. I am a life long learner and I enjoy learning new things very much. My father was in a very bad accident when I was 13 and I assisted with providing him care. When my sisters and brothers were sick I was the one that would provide care for them or their sick children. I have taken care of a quadriplegic, stroke victims, heart attack victims, Alzheimer's victims and a blood disorder person. It gives me great joy when I can help someone and enrich their lives by making it better with quality care , kind words and deeds. Laughter is important and I love to laugh and I enjoy cooking and nothing warms the soul like a great meal and good conversation. I'm easy to get along with, I have a positive attitude , I'm a team player, I follow the rules, I'm considerate and caring. I can work with a diverse workforce, I can communicate well orally and on paper. I enjoy the fact that I made a difference in someone's life and I did no harm. The personal achievement I'm proud of is when I taught school I had a garden in every school that I taught at I provided all the tools and equipment. Also with the help of other 7th grade teachers I planned a Medival Day for all 7th graders.
