Making sure the needs of who I am caring for comes first, I also treat them as family.

I love taking care of the elderly, and treat them like family. I try to live my Bible everyday and helping people is the best way to do this, I like to makes my clients life better with the relationship that I form with them.

I became a caregiver because I love the passion I have naturally for taking care elderly or the youth. I like the rapport I have with my clients and how the believe that I will assist with their needs. What I like most is the time I sit down and eat with my client. When you are sitting down over food people become comfortable with you. Sometimes the sternest client may have you laughing over breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The bright side of being a caregiver is my passion comes naturally. I am proud to be alive and I am capable to help others in life. I am a hard working woman that takes intuitive to get things done. I have a big sense of humor you have to laugh to keep your youth. I like things to be organized very much in order to find what I may need. I love working to gain as much experience so I can grow within the company.

I was taking care of my Grandmother and I like taking care of her and that is when I decided to go into home care. My personal achievement is doing my job and making people happy while they are recovering. I have two children a boy and a girl, my daughter is 30 and my sons 22. I like to go for walks in the summertime I like to hear the stories that some of my clients tell me about when they were growing up and what it was like back in their day. I'm 31 years old and i've been taking care of seniors for over 8 years. I started off as a volunteer at a senior home where I gained a lot of experience. I went to school for Medical Assistance and Home Health Aid and I have done live-in, private duty, and also worked with seniors in a rehabilitation center. I've cooked, cleaned, administered medication orally, injection, and through feeding tube. I've given showers, assisted with getting dressed, helped with personal hygiene, oral care,washed and combed hair. I've facilitated trait care, brief changes, transferring and documented everyday living. I an very confident in my ability to care for seniors as a provider and companion. I have experience with dementia and Alzheimer's disease and understand their struggle to communicate with others. I love helping people and it shows in my work.

I am a very loving and caring person I enjoy taken care of people making sure they are safe and helping with their ADL I love the communication between the client and the caregiver if theirs any thing I can do to make their day good I will.

I tend to make friends wherever I go and my compassion for people in need is what makes me a great caregiver.

I have worked as a Home Health Aid for almost 3 years and have loved every minute of it. From the beginning I felt like this was my calling and have taken great pride in providing the highest quality care to every patient I have had. I know that being a caregiver is what I am meant to do and feel fortunate and blessed to have found a passion that so many people go their whole lives in search of. I have enjoyed finding ways to bring the most comfort to my patients from taking them on walks around their neighborhood, to providing music therapy in their homes and playing the patients most favorite music. I feel that families with a sick member desperately need time for themselves as caregivers, and I love providing that much needed respite care.

I'm a very out going person with a big heart. What make sme a great caregiver is the fact that I do my best to keep my patients as independent as long as he/she is willing to stay independent I have worked with some stubborn patients and I still kept them independent even when they didn't want to be and I always go the extra mile when it comes to my patient.

1. I became a Caregiver because I wanted to give back. When I was a child, I suffered with severe asthma, and hospitalized countless times. I wanted to able to provide awesome care as I did whenever I was a patient. 2. I love being able to connect with the patients. Working in the medical field is not just a job for me, I am a caregiver by nature so it makes the job more rewarding. 3.Working with my previous employer, I was elected to collect blood samples on two members from the Yankees baseball team. I am a great caregiver because i am a recent graduate of Everest Institute, obtaining my certificate in medical assistant. I love being able to assist an individual in anyway i can. I am currently in position where i care for my grandfather who has dementia, My duties are keeping track of blood pressure and sugar levels, also medication management, help with mobility, help with assistance in hygiene such as showering, toileting etc. I am a very loving, companionship, and dedicated person. To express to people that we all have to reach the marking point of old age at a point and life, despite the marking point there is still support with assistance.

I became a caregiver because I knew that I had a passion for working with the elderly. I grew to love and enjoy caring for them in their most times of need. I was then given the challenge To work with mentally and physically disable residents. I go to work everyday for the enjoyment of my residents and to see the different personalities. I became a caregiver based off my mother. She was a CNA for many years and I had the opportunity to go to work with her alot. And learned and developed the desire to help others. As I was growing up and tested different jobs I realized that helping people was my passion. I love that I can put a smile on someone's face and that I get the chance to help someone other than myself.
