Hello I'm Teiara and I am 29 years old. I'm from Maysville Nc. Im a country girl. I love being outside or at the beach. My first job was caregiving and I grew to love it. I have 12 years for care giving experience. I treat all my people I serve as family showing them the love and compassion needed while attending to their physical needs. I'm good at what I do and love it.

I'm a great caregiver because I really care about the elderly. I am emphatic and compassionate. I took care of my mom who suffered with Alzheimer's and I try to imagine I'm giving the client the same care as if she was my very own mother. I am an ordained minister who is expected to walk in love. I get pleasure out of knowing that the client has been given the best care possible and if I was put under a microscope there wouldn't be anything to complain about. I try to follow the golden rule 'do unto others as you would have then do unto you.' I answer to a higher calling and I know I will be held responsible if I don't give the client the best care. To hear the doctor tell the relative that the client is very well taken care of is to me a personal achievement.

I'm a dedicated and hardworking individual who will give their all to get the job done. I enjoy working with people and most jobs where you have one-on-one interactions with others. I enjoy taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and I feel I can get along well with a variety of elders. Making a difference in someone's life is my main priority.

My initial interest in caregiving began when I started caring for my Grandmother who was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 1987. I saw the difference it made in her life to have someone available and willing to help her with the things that most of us are able to take care of ourselves. We take for granted every day that we are healthy and able to perform these tasks. It is a blessing to have someone who is available to help us with these things when we are no longer able to do them. In my time as a caregiver, I feel that I have seen and helped with everything from the most basic needs to the most complex. There isn't much that scares me. I am easily able to let difficulties with even the most challenging clients slide right off my back. I have thick skin and I am not easily offended. When I accepted the position with Visiting Angels back in 2011, not only was I able to supervise a crew of approximately 65 caregivers but I had the opportunity to occasionally assist with filling in for those caregivers in the event of an emergency. Since moving here to Florida in late 2015 I have not had the opportunity to work directly with clients since my work now is mostly computer and phone related supervisory duties, remotely from home. I miss the hands on care and the one on one relationships that are formed when caregiving. I am very interested in helping to supplement my income while making a difference in someone else's life. Now that we have moved back to the Greenville, SC area, I am ready to get started!

Hi I'm Ariel I've been doing caregiving for over 10 years. I started working in a nursing home kitchen. Some of the task I had serving, cooking, and baking. I did that for around 7 years and decided to enroll my self back in school. I'm currently in the nursing program I go to school online right now for some of my courses. I just recently got my CNA this past Summer. I've been doing more hands on since I got the license's. I've always been a kind soul I love making people feel happy.

In 2008 I began caring for my elderly neighbor, I was in 11th grade in high school and I soon realized that I became happy the most whenever I had the chance to make someone else smile. In 2009 I received my Nursing Assistant Certification and began working with more elderly individuals. In 2010 i had my one and only child. After having a child I began working with children diagnosed with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I worked for the State Of North Carolina from 2013-2016 and I moved to Georgia and began working with Spinal Cord Injury patients at Caremaster Medical.
