Something that attracted me to be a caregiver is that my grandma had knee replacement a few months ago and anytime she's unable to take care of herself i make sure i take care of her, such as cooking for her, feeding her, helping her with the restroom, changing her bandages, and etc and just knowing i could make recovery run smoothly for her it made me happy, I've realized hey why not do this for others make they life run a little more smoothly! Something i enjoy about caregiving is Building a bond with my patient, i love making them laugh and happy on they're bad days, love knowing i can make things easier for the individual. Helping my grandma recover from surgery and seeing her being able to move around and happily do things on her own!

Hello! I have been working as a CNA for 3.5 years at a fast paced hospital. I have worked with any issue that you can go to the hospital for, so nothing surprises me. I have a natural leader personality from working as a CNA and as a Teacher. I chose to be a CNA due to me meeting two little boys in my classroom. I took them into my home as my own and decided then that I wanted to do more to help others. I am proud of how far I have come in the medical field.
