Hi I'm Heather a nursing graduate studying for my boards to become a licensed practical nurse. I currently am back in school working towards becoming a RN. I am very reliable, and I enjoy caring for people.

I love having fun, watching movies, doing puzzles and listening to music. I was introduced to working with persons with unique and special conditions back in 1991. My aunt was a home health aid and told me I would love it and I was hooked every since. I love building a rapport with my people. I like helping them feel like they are still needed and that they still have rights and choices. I am proud to say that I have dealt with some of the most difficult people in getting them to do things. I love a challenge and would do my best to try to get them moving about. Hello my name is Bianca! I am happily married with 3 children! I am looking for full time/part time positions for caregiving! If my patients are happy and comfortable than I am happy and comfortable! Since I was little I have always wanted to be a doctor or a nurse! I love taking care of people and making a difference in someone's life!

I became a CNA because many of my own family members needed care. My career as a CNA is very fulfilling. I love taking care and treating clients and family members as if they were my own. Just knowing that I can step in and help take some of the stress off of the family, is a great reward. The most important thing however is my clients and there happiness. They know I am dependable and a loving caring person, who will always care for them and do what is needed in the correct manner. I am a college graduate. I have five children and five grandchildren whom I love dearly.
