I love caring for the elderly, sick and those who can't help themselves. I love my job and always have great time with my clients. My number one goal is not only to care for them but also have to make them feel confident, comfortable, and very safe around me.

Seeking a Home Health Aide position, which will require me to expand my practical experience while providing quality healthcare and service to the clients. I have the heart to care for someone as i did with my grandmother and my fellow patients . I have a lot of experiences and I love take care of others in needs.

I'm caring, passionate, and organized. I became a caregiver after taking care of my mother. Noticing that it's hard to find a caregiver that will take care of your love like you would. I have been a CNA in a rehabilitation and nursing home center, so I understand the needs of my patients. I treat them as family and listen to their needs/ wants. My goal is for the patient and I to build a trusting relationship, so we can obtain the day to day goal.

I always loved helping people when I was younger and so when I was 17 my Nana was sick and suffering from Alzheimer's. I helped my Aunt take care of her and it made me feel good want to help others. I know some people just do it for money and don't care how the client feels but I want the client to be comfortable and treated like how I would want someone to take care of my grandparents. I feel so much joy making someone ,who feels like they have no one , smile and aware that they are not alone. A personal achievement I am proud of is proving the teachers at my school wrong and showing them I am more than what they want me to be and I will be successful. I am a 53 year old Caucasian female with 35 years experience in the medical field working as a medical assistant in clinical settings, a CNA (I have not maintained my certifications) in nursing homes, group homes and private home care, as a personal assistant/caregiver privately, a housekeeper, dietary aide and an activities facilitator. I have a Medical Assistant diploma, an AA in Child Development/Child Care with a focus in special needs. Before returning to college to complete my AA I held a CNA certification in five states. Having come from a military background I have traveled all over the United States and I have lived in seven different states. Through out my travels I have had the opportunity to meet and interact with a wide range of people from many cultures, both domestic and foreign. My hobbies include sewing, crocheting, quilting, gardening, amateur photography, wood working, painting, art, and cake decorating.
