Hello - I am 58 years old and work full time as an executive assistant for a public relations and marketing company. I am looking for a meaningful part time position for a few nights per week. I am a warm, loving and nurturing person. Caring for someone is something that comes naturally to me and something that I love to do. I would love the opportunity to care for you or your loved one by providing companionship, transportation, cooking, light housekeeping, shopping, monitoring medications and/or whatever else may be needed. Nothing brings me more joy than being able to help someone who needs me. This type of work truly is a labor of love. I have been a caregiver since 2014 and I was actually inspired to become a caregiver after I saw my mom doing it. I also had a caregiver for my grandfather and I saw first hand how our caregiver helped us all. I am very patient and kind, I have worked with the elderly and children with health problems. I will assure you that all of your medical and personal needs are met. I will assist you with bathing and toileting as well as medication distribution and your meal prepping. I will follow your dieting wishes and help you with maintaining the cleanliness of your home. I also have my own form of transportation so getting to u or running an errand on your behalf won't be a problem. Hello, my name is Samarsha Drysdale. I have been a caregiver for almost year now and i must say that I absolutely love what I do! To the elderly I've cared for in the past wasn't just considered "clients" I considered more like family. The assistance and companionship I have offered really shows how much I really enjoy and love what I do . I can manage medications, personal needs, housekeeping and more additional duties is asked. I am a very respectful person towards everyone. the reason why i am a great caregiver because i love helping anyone in need i love to listen to their stories. What attracted me to being a care giver is the day i met my cousin in Florida for the first time when his mom died which is my aunt he was born at 30 weeks doctors didnt expect him to live past a day and everyday since now hes 29 wheel chairs bound nonverbal but smiles everyday and i never understood the reason why my aunt never introduce him to us because to me i didnt see anything wrong since then i try to reach out to other with disabilities to show them that other people out there care about them. I enjoy cooking I am from the Island Of Jamaica and i learn to cook from my mom and my twin sister and some family but i love love to cook for my resident and they would ask for second or ask me what that taste i am tasting. My most personal achievement i am proud of is making people happy and Leaving something i grew to love for a job i grew to enjoy and love

My attention to detail, taking care of my grandfather before he died, and I used to be a Skilled Nurse managing stoma care, intubations, administration of medications.

I'm a nice person who cared for other people well being. I cared for elderly has my grandparents if they had a caregiver also. To see a smile on they face when I helped them. To help them with their needs when they can't do it for themselves. My personal achievement will be when I finished school.
