I am Currently in the Ohio Army National Guard, I like to workout, highly motivated and I am punctual. I want to help people, helping people that aren't as fortunate for whatever reason, makes me realize how lucky I am. I want to make them feel better, and help them in whatever part of life they need. A personal achievement that I am most proud of is, finally getting enough confidence to take on nursing school, I know how tough it can be but I am ready for whatever future endeavors are in store for me.

Hello! My name is Michelle. I began my journey as an in home provider in the early 90's due to a friend who needed assistance and couldn't find help. After weeks of researching and discovering what is involved, I decided to try my hand at it. Boy, am I glad I did, one of the best decisions I've made! I enjoy learning my clients and listening to the many stories that come from each and every one. I can not begin to explain how the words of wisdom that I have received over the years have been quite helpful in some of my life decisions. I love what I do and my greatest achievement is seeing the smile on my clients face when I walk in the door.

Hi my name is Crystal I am outgoing fun I love to care for other people my motto is treat others the way you want to be treated I have been a caregiver since I was a very young girl I had a hereditary disease run through my family I cared for my two brothers until they passed away also took care of my father that lost both hands in the Vietnam so it led me to the only thing I knew and that was taken care of other people as a caregiver it's something that I enjoy doing... one of my personal achievements I am very proud of is becoming a certified peer recovery supporter [?]

My name is Herbeta Charley, I am a Medical Aide licensed by Dodd. I've been caring for people since I can remember from children, friends, etc all the way to my first caregiver job at 15. I feel as my welcoming energy and healing soul makes me a good caregiver also I'm someone that likes to put others first before myself even though that's not good all the time but I can't help it. I'm a gengood person so I put out good into the world and for me that's caring for others. I enjoy the time I spend with my clients on top of their stories I hear. Soemtimes everyone needs a listening ear and I don't mind being there for them whether worker or just someone to talk to. I wasn't attracted to being a caregiver but as I entered ex the field I've realized it works Best for me. Thank you.

Passion for senior care is the driving force for returning back to senior homecare. Being a Real caregiver is not a job it is a calling. It comes natural and does not require prompting or persuading. Such a calling is from the heart and can only be satisfied by serving others. It is a pleasure to identify with and comfort those who are in need of a helping hand. For example, as a resident of a 55 years and older community, on a cold December 2017 afternoon a distressed resident was identified. Immediate assistance was given with a swift follow up visit. In the follow up visit it was discovered that the apartment was void of any furniture. The distressed resident had been sleeping in a cold apartment on the cold floor. With much compassion, care and concern necessary items were gathered for the comfort of the distressed resident. Such items were purchased, delivered and set up as a gift. And as an advocate, the rental office was notified of the heating unit needing repair. Follow up visits have continued to insure their well being. Pay is not the driving force for doing what one loves. I am a caregiver by nature and from my heart.

I love helping people and I am a very kind and compassionate person. I am very helpful with cleaning and being a nice companion for people and just someone to talk to. I have always loved to volunteer and visit the nursing homes and that is when I realized that I like to help others.

I enjoy helping others and providing companionship to others in need. As I was growing up I always would help neighbors with they're yard work and variuos things.
