I like the flexibility of being a caregiver and it's not a stagnant job. Everyday there's something new. It works with my schedule as well with returning back to school and the benefits of being useful to someone that truly appreciates it is rewarding within itself

Well I'm a college student, but I don't go back to school until July, I'm president of my sorority, and prior to covid I was a college cheerleader. I'm very excited to meet new people and do whatever I can to help give the best care possible.

I love seniors. I am a caring kindhearted individual. Having experienced the difficulty of a parent living in a long term care facility, I certainly understand the importance of our loved ones remaining home in their own familiar environments. I love helping to be a voice for those who seem to not have a voice. Our seniors should always be treated with dignity and respect. They should be spoken to in a clear soft but calm tone, reassuring them in those moments of frustration that all is well and that they are loved.

I became a Caregiver because I enjoy nurturing, making people comfortable, happy thus making the Client realize how important that they are. This is my-calling. I've been in this line of work/volunteering since I was a mere 21 years old. I helped my mom take care of her family that were all stricken with Cancer. In later years I then took complete care of my mom when she was diagnosed and on Hospice. Transitioning for Clients/Family can be overwhelming with dreaded diagnosis or merely aging where as help being needed in the home. I have had a 100% rate of approval by all Clients/Family, always have had a good-fit with the Family feeling at ease. I am brutally honest, I would never touch anything that doesn't belong to me. I've never been in any trouble. I have a clean record plus a fairly clean driving record. My compassion runs deep. Again, it is my niche'...my-calling to care for the elderly, less fortunate and/or those with challenges. AT this point I can only take on Sitting and Driving positions.

I am Christian woman who believes in helping others. I put my patients needs above all else. I have several years experience in this field and will always go the extra mile in patient care.

1. I have always enjoyed working with people. Healthcare is a forever growing field with many satisfactions by helping others; live life to greater potentials, restore health in times of need, aid in ADLs for better quality of life, and so many more fulfilling reasons whether by educating, assisting, or actively caring for others. 2. There is always something more to learn! The experience is very rewarding when you see the gratitude coming from those that are unable to do for themselves, even when helping with the smallest of things. 3. A personal achievement that I am proud of is continuing my education within healthcare. Having a family and working while trying to improve myself (through education) and the life of my family is very difficult at times but teaches my children to persevere, strengthens me personally, and teaches my family that work together during tough times only strengthens our bond as a family team! 4. I always seem to do things the difficult way, like going back to school 10 years after graduating and after starting a family (3 kids and spouse), but I am not one to quit or give up easily. I don't care to settle when I can improve. I want my kids to learn from my mistakes and be inspired by my achievements. Family is everything and I enjoy being a part of the lives of those I care for...they are like extended family. I truly believe in God, Karma, and the Love of Family.

Assist clients in need with their daily activities such hygiene, bathing, medication reminder, meal prep.doctor's appointment, light house keeping, laundry,etc.

Caring, understanding, patient, and hardworking. I have always been fascinated with the medical field. I enjoy being able to help patients either gain their strength back after surgery. Also just being helpful with daily things that most take for granted. Being the first to graduate from high school and receiving an Associates degree. Also a personal achievement that I find amazing was being able to care for my doctors father in law before he passed. Helping the family in anyway I could.
