Hello everyone I'm Dafra, I've been a caregiver for 6 years. I am compassionate, and caring. It's a joy and a privilege for me to work as a caregiver. I love taking care of people and help make their life better.

I am a reliable caregiver and I really enjoying caring for the seniors they bring joy in me. I have been a caregiver for a long time before I start driving for the seniors and disabled clients

I am very dependable and caring and I do not mind working if extra work needs to be done if I'm able to do it I don't mind doing that as well. I also help my mom at times because she also has a caregiver at home but if work needs to be done with her I do that as well. I've worked for a number of people O have also been a supervisor before working with children who have disabilities. So overall very caring, dependable person that does not mind working anything I can help with. If I'm able to I will help out.

One of my best traits is being understanding an being patient with other being respectful to other most of all enjoy what I'm doing understand that I'm here to make a difference in some life .

I became a caregiver at age 21 after switching my major from accounting to Nursing. I have been a caregiver for over 4 1/2 years. I am currently in college to attain a BSN in Nursing. I enjoy caring for and helping people, especially those who are not capable of caring for themselves. I will continue to do this; serve as a listening ear even after getting my BSN.

I Enjoy helping people a whole lot, it gives me comfort knowing that I'm putting a smile on a person face or even making them feel better. Caregivers take care of our elders, the people who have given so much to this world. Taking care of people is something you can be proud of.Some residents become lonely or sad, but a great caregiver can help them change their mood for the better. I come from a very big family on my dads side, I'm 1 of 14 kids. Being family oriented plays a big role in what attracted me into caregiving. Caregiving plays a role daily in my life, I'm a mom of 4 beautiful girls. A personal achievement I'm proud of is me attending school to become a registered nurse.

I am a retired physical therapist assistant. My background is primarily in geriatric rehabilitation, wound care, stroke recovery, exercise programs, ambulatory activities, etc. I have recently been employed as a home health care aide. Duties include: light house keeping, meal preparation, exercise, and medication reminders. I also have been trained in both crisis intervention and grief counseling.

My compassion, empathy , patience, and dependability helps with being a great caregiver. After learning to provide care for my sibling with Autism and Cerebral Palsy I've been attracted to being able to be a caregiver.
