I am a very upbeat care-giver who enjoys brightening up the the day or others. I am very loving and passionate about my job as a CNA. I come from a long line of nurses. I remember going to nursing homes with my Mom as a child and singing to her patients. My Mother was a nurse and my Dad was a paramedic as well as several other family members. I love working with patients for a long duration of time so that we get an opportunity to bond together and it helps build up trust and rapor between nurse and patient. I am a compassionate loving woman who loves caring for others. I've recently ended my military career after serving for 7 years now I am ready to serve others. Hello, my name is Crystal Vinson. I have been working as a caregiver for about 18 years and I still love what I do. Being a caregiver is not only a pleasure, but it is heartwarming to know that I can be a part of someone's life and make a difference. Growing up I was a little girl who loved being by my grandma's size, whether she was sick or well.She was my pride and joy and I was hers'. After she passed away I knew I wanted to continue making elderly people happy and enjoy life. I am a firm believer that life gets better with time.

I enjoyed taking care of my g-mommy and watching her face lite up when she realized I didn't mind doing what it takes to give great care. Giving quality time to those who feel no-one hears them anymore. Just to engage in a conversation with them makes a difference. Being able to help a patient extend life to do things they thought was impossible makes me feel greatly appreciated. I'm very compassionate about my job and very particular how my care is given.
