I have out going personality,I heart on my shoulders I'm good listener, My mom had a stroke when I was 19 and while my brother and his wife worked I took of her. I had tried other jobs but I just kept coming back taking of individuals and I new than that wasy calling. See the smile on my client faces and them telling me that they appreciate what I do for them. Never giving up when things get hard.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I'm very compassionate about what I do. What attracted me to being a caregiver is I like to help people in need and I feel like I have to get old one day and going to need help so why not return the favor. I enjoy the interaction with the residents and its always good to meet new people. I'm proud to be able to help in any way I can and I learn something new almost everyday.

I'm caring love working and helping the elderly and when I arrive at my client home it's all about them I will take care your love like they are my mother or father treat them with respect .I always say and mean it I'm going to treat them respect them and take of them how they supposed to be treated cause one day I will need help and I want to treated right. I have been in this feel 16 years now. I've tried other jobs, but I always end up where I started. I started as a CNA in 2003 when my grandmother became sick. CHF and Kidney Failure. She shortly began dialysis and passed away 2013 when her care failed, and her body began to reject treatments. I enjoy the companionship the most. I enjoy getting to know the clients even more. I learn from them. Not only provide care and take care of them. My personal achievement I'm very proud of is launching my own Private Sitting Company. I take much pride as an owner, and strive to grow and provide 100% care. All employees are certified as Nurse Aides. Dementia and Althezmier Training as well. What makes me a great caregiver, is that I started in home with my own family, I helped to take care of my uncle who had cancer and my father who suffered with diabetes, i later worked in a nursing home and over time I grew to love my ability to makes ones life a bit easy daily, my heart is in this along with the passion I have for this field
