I'm very loving and understanding and, very dedicated to my job because it's not just a job too me its something that I love to do. I put my heart into my job. I love to put a smile on someone face it makes me happy know I help someone have a better day. I enjoy being a caregiver learning about my patients as well as I learn from them and just they are really some amazing people that warms my heart. My personal achievement im proud of is me being available to be there for the family's & for the family trusting me to take care of their loves ones

Hi, I have been a Caretaker for 40 Years and to this day I Love It. I like the feeling of being trusted with someone most Dearest. There Mom and Dad or someone they Love. I love working it out to make everyone I can at Peace. OK, It sometime don't turn out the way I plan but I am OK with it as long as I know I did my Very Best. I have worked in Nursing Homes which is were I started out. Hospitals, Assisted Living, EEG Tech in Hospital. House Parent for MHMR. Now that I am 62 I only work with one at a time. I am a kind, trustworthy, loving, attentive,very dependable. I have worked with the elderly since I was sixteen. I drove a 70 year old back and forth to speech therapy in Commerce,Texas. On weekends I stayed from Friday night to Monday morning with a bed bound elderly woman. I read to her, bathed her, cooked all her food and fed her, changed her when she needed changing. I have done elder care since 16 even though I worked a full time job. I took care of my terminally ill father for a year until his death. I did everything. I ran errands, took him to his appointments and took care of all his physical and mental needs. I love taking care of people and I know that if the family has hired me they need respite and have someone with their loved one who is going to take the best care of them.

I love the elderly.because i think it like this i am going to get old one day and i want someone to treat me like this, but my Golden Rule do unto others as you want them to do unto you. Just brighten up their day because you never know if a family member has been there to see them or not just talkin to them and making them Happy. That i can come in and they remember my face and want me to hug me , then i know i have done my job

I am a Certified Nurse Aide since 2005 with the State of Texas but I have cared for patients for 16 years and thoroughly enjoy it, I feel that making a positive impact on others lives is my calling. I take pride in the care I have provided to patients that with my rehabilitation and patience some patience eating habits,weight,improvement in walking etc. Drasticly improved. I feel that my strongest traits are Patience Compassion and Respect. I have had the opportunity to gain experience in all levels of care and I am always eager to continue to learn . I always put my patients needs and safety first and foremost,always keeping them involved in their daily care,offering them choices while also respecting their privacy . I use Redirection and sitting and listening to their concerns when they are having a trying day. Sometimes simple companionship is the best healing in the world. I am seeking employment as a live in provider at the moment anywhere between 2-7days on Anywhere within the metroplex,as a live in provider distance would not be an issue .

im a very dependable person to provide care to love one not only because i enjoy what i do but i love the feeling and thought of how i help patients major and feel better about life. im a mother of two wounderful children name gabriela and carlos which i love dearly. i feel to work as a care giver i believe and feel that you should treat people loved ones like if they where your loved ones . im a cna ive worked in nursing since the age of 19 years old ive worked as an laundry aide first job ever in a nursing home. then moved from that to dish washer then moved from dish washer to asst. which i love each job but wanted to move up as an nurses aide. which ive been a nurses aide for almost 6 years ive worked at three nursing home out of my whole life but which my first nursing job at legend healthcare i was there for almost 3 yrs then the next for 4 years then my current job for almost 2. i feel that im a good person for homehealth jobs because i treat everyones loved ones as if they are family, i do not call in at all unless im really really not able to get out of bed as in cant walk. And i enjoy seeing patients smile after providing care to them .
