Hello my name is Monica Delagarza. I been in healthcare since I was 18 years old as starting as a provider then to being a cna . I enjoy helping other and being there for them. I'm a hard worker and I like to succeed at everything I do.

I have over 30 years of experience caring for individuals with dementia, developmental disabilities, stroke, diabetes and just needing companionship. I have had CNA/CHHA training and certification, as well as training on the physical and psychosocial needs of the elderly. Being able to assist others in having a more fulfilling life is a privilege and a blessing. It gives me great pleasure to be able to be of service.

1. Caregiving is not just a Job, but its takes a special, compassionate person to be a caregiver. I possesse all the qualitys. careing for those who need it is the biggest reward to me. 2. I love being a caregiver, knowing that I am giving back to those in need, making a someone else day in a more personal way is such a blessing to me. 3. my personal achievement would have to be the fact that, being in the healthcare world was something that I always wanted to do, and not only am I doing it I am making a different in my paitents lives as well. 4. I am 26 years old, I have been a certified nurse assistant for 7years now. I am more than capable of performing my duties, I have a lot of experience in and out of the health care facilitys. I have worked with all kinds of paitents. my gift is not limited.

I became a caregiver because I love helping others., especially if they are unable. I enjoy being a friend and companion. I am very proud of being a mother of two wonderful kids., whom both are grown now. I am a very loyal, patient and compassionate person. I love taking my two dogs on long hikes and day trips to the beach. I very much enjoy my time alone with them at home too. I also have two cats. I'm an animal lover.

I provided patient with good care .Such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, automobiles and with dressing grooming. Assisted with daily living.I love working with people.
