I am a 23 year old college student from Upstate, NY! I began doing private in home care cases immediately after graduating when I was 17. I have a strong passion for working with others and I enjoy having an impact on the elders and or disable members of my community. In my free time I do a lot of community service and volunteer work. I am also a Certified Medication aid, BSL/ First Aid Certified.

Seasoned healthcare professional in social services. Cared for both grandparents who raised me and died of Bone and Prostate Cancer. My passion is working with the elderly who will always provide you with wisdom and knowledge. I will advocate for essential healthcare and functionality. Highly skilled at working with clients to develop service plans and connect to resources when needed. I am focused on assisting any and all needs no matter the age group. I care about my client's full wellness and support their daily activity needs.

I have been in the medical field 42 yrs . Hospital sitting as well as Home Health Care as well.

I am a loving, caring and compassionate person and I'm able to adapt to almost any environment. I'm here to expand my growth and knowledge on how to be an even better caregiver. What attracted me to become a caregiver was after I had my son and also by having an older mother. I enjoy taking care of individuals, I'm all for helping anyone that needs help. I became a caregiver because I was already going to pursue a career in the medical field, and I wanted to get a feel for being in a medical environment. The enjoyable part about being a caregiver is getting experience working with around patients and other medical professionals. A personal achievement I am proud of is getting my CNA license in the 11th grade. With that license, It has taken me one step further into the medical field and has also encouraged me to pursue a medical career in the first place. A little something about myself is that I am very charismatic and people tend to take comfort in me because of my positive personality.

What makes me a great Caregiver is my ability to listen, have trust from others and patience. I worked with severely disabled adults from 2008 to 2015 and Seniors from 2015 up until now 2021. I enjoy helping individuals live and have a better quality of life.

I followed my mom footsteps she was a nurse. And I enjoy taking care of the elderly. I have been a cna for twenty years. I like being a caregiver because I like to see the progress in their care. I like to see them happy. I like to see them make the achievements to get back well so they can be happy with their families. I love being a certified nursing assistant because that is where my heart is.

I am an amazing, nurturing, and caring person. I have not had a professional hospital job before, however i have been taking care of both my ill grandmother and grandfather for the past 5 years who both have suffered strokes. I will serve and take care of your loved one just as if they were my own. I graduated nursing school with my RN degree in 2014 I am currently in the process of studying for my state board examination. I am looking for a career start to aid in my nursing experience. I was attracted to caregiving every since I was a teen going to work with my mom and the day i started caring for my moms. Nursing has been a passion of mine for over 8 years being able to bring joy to people's lives trike makes me happy. Which is why I decided to further my career to become a registered nurse. I am currently a nurse assistant and have been providing care to private client since obtaining my certificate as a nurse assistant . Being able to form these relationships and memories with my clients is why I love what I do.

I am retired and active, my background has been in the Human Services field since graduation from college, 20+ years ago. I have had the opportunity to work with adolescents, persons with intellectual disabilities, in group home setting, it gave me great pleasures to assist them with reaching their potential, to learn basic living skills. I am patient, and nurturing, and attentive to details. I enjoy assisting persons with their basic needs, grooming, meal prep, assisting into the community. I also have worked with persons that have mental health issues and am certified as Qualified Mental Health Professional. I have been certified in CPR and First Aid. I do drive and have reliable transportation and a good driving record. I have obtained a background check from Sheriff's office in Fayetteville, NC, and have driving record also. Hello, my name is Demetria Williams and I have been a care giver since 1998. I am energetic, dependable, flexible, trustworthy with a lot of patience and compassion. I love caring for people and making them comfortable and happy that's what I enjoy the most .My grandmother was also a in house health care provider and she was very good at providing optimum care, in which inspired me. Nonetheless I graduated from Norfolk State with my degree in nursing which was a proud achievement.

My patience, empathy, and ability to communicate effectively make me a great caregiver. I'm attracted to being a caregiver because I find fulfillment in helping others and making a positive impact on their lives. The most enjoyable part of being a caregiver is building meaningful connections with those I care for and seeing them thrive. A personal achievement I'm proud of is completing advanced caregiving training and continuously improving my skills to provide the best care possible.

I love helping people especially elderly people because I know what it's like to have have to take care of them and I see many people that just don't show them any kind of love or respect. So I really wanted to be apart of the change and treat the people I come in contact with as if there were my very own parent or grand parent I went to college for Biology and completed my first 2 years of medical school and while in my rotations I discovered that being a doctor wasn't for me and I felt like I really couldn't make an impact on anyone life. So I decided to try and be a care giver and really be able to make a difference in the lives of the people I come in contact with.

I started caring for people at a young age and after sometime decided I would go get my license to do it on a larger scale. I wanted to help in facilities as well as helping to keep our loved ones at home. I love to care for people because I just like the satisfaction of knowing I am helping you stay at home or get the best care possible if you are in facility. I am proud that when it came time for me to take care of my own mother I did not hesitate to take her in. I have brought her back up to great self strides in taking care of herself. I have a degree in healthcare management with experience but rather than work at a desk job I am loving caring for people and working hard daily. This is what I was put here to do even with education I still love this type of work.

I love helping others! It's my passion to help others and to keep a smile on someone's face. I grew up helping others and I will continue to help others for the rest of my life my grandmother has a lot going on with her so I helped her stay on her medicines, transport her to the grocery store and doctor appointments. I feed and prepare her meals at times. I clean her apartment and do whatever she needs me to do, so I do have experience! I love helping my grandma! I've always wanted to work with infants or the elderly! I am very friendly, motivated, encouraging, loving, and very understanding! I am currently in grad school getting my masters degree at Norfolk State graduating in May! I want to be an art therapist in the hospital with the little ones or/and with the elderly!

Hi, My Name is Toni I am 19 years of age and a strong child of God. I seriously love hanging out with children. They are so full of amazing energy and such a joy to be around. I am passionate about children because you can learn a lot from them, like how to enjoy the simple things in life. I have been working with children for the past 3 years in the position of babysitters, nanny, daycare assistant, preschool teacher, (My aunt owned a daycare). I have worked with all ages from newborn to 10 years old. I love working with children and getting to know them ad their individual personalities. I also enjoy watching children grow and learn, helping them as they grow and face new challenges in school and life in general. I have a passion for childcare that I can not ignore. I am currently studying Psychology at Norfolk State University. I look forward to completing my schooling and becoming a counselor. Kids are simply my favorite to be around never a dull moment.
