I love providing home caregiving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing.

I thinks what makes me a great caregiver is that I love to build connections with the people I work with. Since as a kid, I use to take care of my grandfather with little activities that he couldn't do by himself. I enjoy making new friends in this job and also going out with clients to places such as beaches, movies and more.

I have a great ability to understand people's feeling or emotion and I also have a passion for this job because it gives me mental satisfaction and reminds me my future

I am very humble, caring, tolerant and have patience. I listen to people and give them time to make their choices. I help people with disability being male or female on their daily basic needs I like to give support and comfort to people with disability and also create a conducive environment for them. The personal achievement am proud of is when I completed my goals for the people i care about.

Caregiving has been my passion for the past 30 years Although professionals have tried to get me to go on to more schooling to be a nurse but that is not what I want is calling me to change. My passion is to provide the best personal care to those who need it. My inner personal appearance is by showing I care and give some humor to help their lives live to the fullest the best they can with what ever situation comes their way because people have rely on me and know I am not in it for the money but compassion I have for others not just my clients but by working with familys and my team . I believe that everyone has the right to do what they like in life. I am there to assist with whatever my clients interests are whether it be ballroom dancing at the senior centers, scrabble, arts and crafts, music, cooking etc. I have cooked for diabetics and I am into healthy food myself which includes a garden every spring and summer. I often bring flowers to my clients from my garden as well. I have done everything from assisting bedridden clients to working as a companion/caregiver for those with dementia and alzheimer's. Hello Family (: At the age 15 I was determined to find my place in the world and know what I was working towards. I did research on many jobs out there, looked at what was in demand, and took personality tests to see what was a good fit. After that, I came to a conclusion and had decided that nursing was the route I wanted to take for a career. My journey being in the healthcare field started when I was 19 after I went to school and completed the Patient Care Technician Program. That certification included phlebotomy, EKG, CNA and Advanced CNA. After that I worked full time at a rehabilitation center/nursing home for about 6 months. Then I moved on to working at a hospital for almost two years. I absolutely loved my job. what I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the joy of serving, helping, loving, and caring for others. I am a christian and the Lord says that the greatest commandment we can live by is to love others. For the last few years I had met my husband and we had a beautiful little girl whom I've been caring for. Now I am ready to come back to my career part-time. Thank you so much for considering me.
