What makes me a great caregiver is that I have some experience working with my grandfather and working with some patients. My typical routine is to bathe , cook, clean, and fill the medication box for the patients. In addition, I am very caring towards my patients, and treat my patients with care. I am also usually available most of the time, and have accessible transportation.

Hello hi my name is Janet , I am 24 years of age , I've been attending school for medical assistance since 2014 . I've also been a diabetic since the age of 13 so I know pretty much a lot about that medical condition . I'm a very reliable person , great with elderly people as well as those who aren't able to care for there selves due to sickness . No I have no certification and that's just being completely honest with you but I've been taking care of my grandmother since a child and she has became sick with different illnesses. There is one thing for sure that I can say I have done without certification , I have been traveling with my mom since a child when she became a caregiver , Seeing and watching her deal with different kind of people in there homes , nursery homes , and also assisting her with her clients so I'm kind of familiar Of the duties that have to be done as well as I know the tasks of a caregiver . If this means anything to you all from the bottom of my heart I am sincere about wanting / receiving a job as a care giver , I'm great with making someone comfortable , calm , and I also have great bonding skills . I know sometimes people become frustrated and they can be a little rude but that doesn't bother me at all Ive learned how to deal with different attitudes because I know sometimes people mean no harm so if I have to talk to you knowing that's what some people like or vent about any problems your having I am great and willing to do that . Hi! My name is Kimberly, I am 20 years old and am a biochemistry major on my way to medical school. In addition, I love to work with the elderly. I have a special relationship volunteering at my local hospice and nursing home. I have worked with residents who can and can not hear and have had successful communication with both. I especially work well with those suffering from dimentia. I have spent a lot of time assisting my boyfriend's aunt who has dimentia and have learned great skills that I have been able to use to communicate with many of the reisdents in the nursing home by my school. I have a gentle heart, a love for others, and will cherish every moment both good and bad that I get to spend with your loved one. I have experience taking care of both of my grandparents until they passed away last year. I assisted in transportation, meal prep, bathroom needs, showering needs, cleaning needs, and especially companionship. If your loved one needs transportation and assistance with doctors appointments I am very understanding of medical terminology and will take notes and be able to relay the information to you successfully and accurately if needed. I understand the hardship that comes with caring for a loved one. It was hard for my dad to not be there to take care of his parents but luckily I had the time and desire to. I can understand the frustration you may be feeling and the trust you need to have someone outside of your family help. Hello to whom ever may be reading this. I'm a 31yr old single mother fairly new to Phoenix. I've always been a "people person" I get along with any and everyone I meet. I'm compassionate, loyal, trustworthy and caring when it comes to anybody I get to know.. or anyone less fortunate than myself. I believe in loyalty, trust and honesty and strongly agree that honesty is the best policy. growing up as a child I had to provide and take care for my grandmother (fathers side) who had become very ill and just the feeling of being able to do for someone and give back is what made me realize what I wanted to do in my life which is take care and give back to people. It's something that is the inevitable and unfortunately does happen but we do eventually age and aren't able to do the things we used to do. But we are all people and NO ONE deserves to be left alone or feeling as if they can't do things anymore especially when they need it the most. I treat my clients/members as if they were part of my family which means I'm known to go above and beyond. Just take reassurance that given the opportunity you will not be disappointed. I currently am employed as a caregiver at an assisted living company and my two members suffer from Autism, cerebral palsy and I work under the state of Az's DDD I'm CPR&First Aid certified, Certified to give medications and have a level 1 fingerprint card.
