About Esther

I have worked as a CNA for over 10 years and as an HHA for over 6 years. I enjoy what I do. My goal is to become a nurse and being a CNA and a Caregiver is a good first step. Whenever I work with my clients, my aim is to find creative ways to encourage them to do something more than they have done before. Though working with various clients has its ups and downs, it is especially exciting for me to see someone get better while in my care. Even a little progress is better than no progress at all.
