Hello, my name is loise. I'm 26 years old certified nursing assistant. I have been a CNA for the last 3 years and I love it. I love helping people on their day to day care. I'm attending UCDavis for my bachelors of science in nursing to become a registered Nurse. I'm hoping to find a full time day job as I go to school at night. Help disabled elders with day by day exercises, and with moving from the bed to a wheelchair, from a wheelchair to the shower, and with other movement help 8. Keep the client's ordered and provide medication at the suitable times 9. Observe the personality for any health or performance changes. 10. Provide a foundation of social support for the adults, including playing cards, reading out loud, watching television jointly and conversing.
I have chosen my career as a caregiver because I get an enormous amount of satisfaction from helping and caring for others. I have been in the Healthcare field for over ten years and have experienced pretty much every kind of situation plausible in the home health care setting. I am a very empathetic and knowledgeable home care provider and I take great pride in my work.
I got into the Nursing field because I wanted to be in a career that helped people, I wanted to bring joy to people in unhappy situations.Working in Nursing Homes a lot of the workers are there for the wrong reasons, I understand that I am one unfortunate incident from being in their shoes and will want someone kind caring for me. I am a compassionate, nurturing, and considerate person, sympathetic and caring is my nature. I enjoy a job were I can make life more comfortable, easy, and luxurious for others. I have always wanted to help people be and feel their best. The small things like playing their favorite music in the background, fresh flowers in their favorite sitting area, windows open to let in fresh air; plus a warm/soft blanket as needed, making sure there is always something to drink close by, and of course the house safe, clean, and tidy. So all their senses are engaged.
My name is Lalaine, I am a mother of 3, one girl and two boys. I'm very caring and attentive with my patients. I go above and beyond to make sure my patients are well taken care of and treat them like family. I wanted to be a care giver because of the joy it brings me when I know I'm taking care of someone in need. One of my personal achievements would have to be adjusting when I first came to the United States in 2007 from the Philippines. I didn't know how to speak english, I didn't know how to drive, I didn't have any work and my family and I we're struggling. But I learned. I learned how to speak the language, I learned how to drive, I met my first patient and took care of him until he passed away and my family and I were able to save and get out of debt.
