What makes me a great caregiver is that I am very enthusiastic to help, very sweet loving kind compassionate. I've had family members on hospice before and I feel as though they weren't treated as good as I could have treated them if I was old enough to take part in that position. So my life goal is to always feel and give the feelin i've had family members I have been on hospice and I feel as though they weren't treated as good as I could have treated them if I was old enough to take part in that position. So my life goal is to always feel and give the feeling I am a part of your family and you are a part of mine. What attracted me to becoming a caretaker is as I've said a couple of my family members have been on hospice and in nursing homes and I just feel like I could've done a much better try at helping them and making them the most comfortable in the positions they were in. I enjoy loving people and talking to people I enjoy making conversation with my Residence, I like getting to know you as much as I possibly can. I'm a very loving Christian who knows how to treat someone how their family members would love them to be treated. My achievement in goal in life is to become a doctor's assistant. And starting as a caretaker to a CNA two LPNs to a registered nurse to a doctors assistant is my goal in life
Hello! My name is Kesh! I'm a Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant. I've been one for the last 21 yrs. I've worked in a myriad of settings from long/short term care to hospitals and in private homes. Nursing is my passion. I've known it from the very first duty I had to care for a family member full-time . It was exhausting and hard emotionally and physically at times but it was rewarding and it taught me that caring is an ART! If I'm chosen for consideration I can guarantee that I will treat clients and their families as I would my own family and it would be my sincere pleasure to assist in any/every way I can .

(1) what do you like about being a caregiver? (a). I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. (2). what makes me a great caregiver? There are four reasons of what make me a great caregiver they are: • Patience. When you work with someone who needs home care it is important that you are patient and understanding. It helps to sometimes put yourself in the other person’s shoes and see what it might be like to ask people for help. • Reliable. A great caregiver is someone that can be counted on to be there. If the caregiver says he or she is going to be there to provide home care every Thursday morning, then the caregiver shows up, unless there is an emergency. Those needing home care services need a reliable and dependable caregiver. • Trustworthy. Most people who need home care services are in a vulnerable position. They are inviting someone into their home to be near their valuables. A good caregiver is someone who is trustworthy in this regard, as well as in being trusted to keep the client’s information confidential. • Flexible. As with most things in life, home care needs may change and unexpected events can happen. A good caregiver will be prepared to go with the flow, being flexible, so that they continue to provide good home care, even if a rigid schedule isn’t being followed. (3) why did you become a caregiver? I have bring Caregiving for more than 4 years and “still love what I do”. I love providing home caregiving services to those that wouldotherwise not be able to do so. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing.
