I am a 42 year old married mother of 1 College sophomore and a Veteran. I have been doing Home Health Care on and off for the past 20 plus years. I nursed my own grandmother through a partial mastectomy and knee surgery. I assisted in hospice care for my husband's mother. I understand how hard it is to keep a job and to care for family members. I am not a fan of nursing homes I feel it is better for one to be at home with family and familiar surroundings. From Childhood There has been an unconditional love in my heart for people, children And animals . I would care for Family, Friends, and all animals when I was young, a care that never stopped! Animals, smoking, Wounds, or incontinence, nothing really bothers me. My mother had and past due to severe epilepsy complications, father massive organ cancer, late husband had brain cancer, my grandmother had polio and lived 22 yrs in cast iron lung, I learn every day to provide for the needs that are needed for the people I care for and their family. Conditions turn into multiple problems so education must grow with needs of those you care for. This allows me to stay with them through their changes and some I have learned about that allows me to improve their health and fulfill their dreams or final wishes and giving guidance and comfort to family. Also diabetics, Graves disease, Hashimoto. I learn to cook special foods. Trained / certified in Herbal medicine and Essential oils therapy. Customers Confined to wheelchair, transferring To and from for toilet, bed And showers. customers with Diabetes, Dementia, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, PTSD lead me to training dogs for disabilites to help in aiding above situations. I watch , monitor and ease pain confusion and fear that comes with problems. I can and do handle all the situations that are to much for most. I do it with compassion ,love, respect and leave them with dignity, pride and respect intact. I carry a class A license, with clean background and fully insured. I am here for you!

Compassion, respect and making sure the person is treated with dignity. Have always been close to my older relatives, grandmother, aunts and feel I can show them the love and patience they need. Took care of my aunt for 13 plus years. Very proud that although at times it was difficult I could always find joy in the care of my aunt. I treated her like I would want to be treated.

I have worked along side hospice nurses and know how important it is to work with the families as well. My philosophy is that my clients, as well as their families, are treated as loved members of my family. I have been blessed by all that I have worked with and they have inspired me as well. I advocate for my clients and their families so that they can seek the best solutions and get help for any issues they are having. We all need to have someone in our corner. At the end of the day, I am humbled and grateful for everything in my life.
I am a friendly sociable caregiver. I have CNA certified and I enjoy helping elderly and people with disability. I am dependable and reliable any hardly call off. I provide service including personal hygiene, cooking ,light house keeping , shopping and running errand. I have six years experience as a caregiver.
My father was 101 and my mother was 96 when they passed away, so I spent many years of my adult life as their caregiver during various stages of their lives. Once my youngest child went away for college, I became a professional caregiver and find it very rewarding. For 4 years I was privileged to provide full time care for a wonderful family who became like family to me. I am a very loyal, dependable, compassionate person who tries to make life fun and enjoyable. I'm also an excellent cook and know how to be an advocate during Dr. appointments and visits with physical therapists.
I became a caregiver because I liked the direct, daily involvement in caring for the elderly. I want the elderly to know that to me you have value and purpose. The challenges of day-to-day effort to improve the client's quality of life makes the work interesting to me. It makes me have to change to meet their needs. This results in me being a better caregiver and a better person. I love the fact I help this person to live out the rest of their life with dignity, making sure they can be given the best care every day, and not left behind by the world.
