And because I have compassion for what I do anyone that who want me to work with a loved one if they don't have enough money to pay I'm willing to negotiate. I'm a awesome caregiver who enjoys showing a lot of empathy, compassion, respect and love. I build trust with my patients and their family to ensure them I'm reliable, attentive, caring person and dependable at all times. I've taken care of a lot of elderly of all ages and health issues. It's all about being by their side, having respect for others and having lots of patience. I enjoy every part of being a caregiver because my patients need somebody to make sure their ADL's is done a on daily basis, medication reminder and keeping them active as well. Some patients enjoy talking about their pasts so its important to ask questions showing concerns helps build a awesome relationship between the caregiver and the patient. Being a good companion to somebody's family member is very important, giving them a shoulder or ear makes them feel comfortable which outways the big issues.Being recognized by my patients and the family is heart throbbing which tells me I'm doing a good job and they appreciate my work ethics. Noticing that I'm there for their love ones I'm a good and loving caregiver is a blessing. I've worked 12 hour shifts to maintain a open relationship with my patients especially when the family is busy working. I'm that go to employee who goes way beyond the job duties and will always enjoy taking care of your love ones as if their are my own family.
