Howdy, I am very outgoing and willing to work. I chose to pursue the healthcare field because I find joy in helping others and giving back to the community. I enjoy the friend to friend relationships I develop with residents and patients. I am proud of working as a CNA because it not only requires immense behind the scenes work but it has also made me strive to go to college to earn a degree in English as well as pursue my RN.

Hi, my name is Earlicia, I'm 21 years old. I was adopted as a child by an older couple(my parents) and was raised with respect, so I am very mature for my age. Before my father passed away he was very sick in my young adulthood, that gave me lots of responsibilities in knowing how to care for the elderly and also the sick by proudly catering to him in his time of need. What I love the most about being a caregiver is being able to help out anyone in need and also growing that bond with a new friend. Being surround by older & wiser people all my life has given me that advantage in life to go very far, in which for example ,I am currently attending college to do what i love (patient care) and that's more than a proud achievement to me.

I have 15 years experience as a Certified Nurse Aide. I love what I do. I believe in treating my patients with dignity and respect. Showing them the same kind of care and compassion that I would show my own parents. I am hard working, dedicated, trustworthy, and punctual. The care of your loved one is my top priority!
the reason for me being a great caregiver its just natural my love for the young and the elderly i truly think its my calling i connect so well with anyone for instance if am talking to some over the phone its that soft compassnate tone from my voice that clicks at instance.Me becoming an caregiver again just my caring heart that i have for others .I love being an caregiver my family all looks up to me for all the nurturing in the family its just the love in me.
Growing up I always knew that helping the elderly was something I wanted to get into as I got older. I have a special spot in my heart knowing that I could potentially make a huge difference in someone's like when they need it most. I guess knowing everyone will get older and for some, it's really hard. I just believe that I could make that difference for someone. What I find amazing is that I have been lucky to have made such great friends. Friends who don't have much family or many friends to see, visit or talk to. So I enjoy being able to be that friend. I enjoy the trust that comes along with those friendships.
Growing up, my dad has always suffered with chronic pain. From his back being broken at age 17 to having nerve and knee issues. I became a caregiver because of the passion I felt for him being all alone but still being able to live at home. I love to see all my patients smiling and having a good time even in the pain and situations they may be in!
