I've always been a giving person and caring for those in need of care and support is a passion of mine! It's not work when you love what you do! I love making a difference in people's life. I was born to do this.

I'm a very cheerful person who enjoys caring for others. I became a caregiver in 2018 and thought I'm not sure if this is for me but we will see! Well 4 almost 5 years Later I love what I do no matter the person, age or problems they have Being able to help someone and be their friend at the same time make me enjoy my work much more. Being a healthcare worker is more than just a job/career to me it's my life and I enjoy every bit of it. My most recent achievement I am proud of as a caregiver was helping an elderly lady a couple of houses down from me and she had fallen outside there was no one around to help her at the time, my family and I had come home from a night out so I put my children in the house and ran over to make sure she was okay and proceeded to help her up check her scratches and bruises out and help her inside her home. It was actually the same lady who gave me a hard time at one point but that time nothing else mattered.

Others as well ad myself would say that I am a very outgoing and optimistic individual. I love to laugh and bring joy to others in any way that I can. My passion for caregiving began when I was a young girl. Always wanting to help others. The things I enjoy most is feeling and knowing that I somehow accomplished helping someone's day be better.

Hello! I am a graduate from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology. After graduating I worked for about 5 years with families and children who have emotional disabilities. Since then I have volunteered with the elderly and worked a summer at Sealevel transporting residents. I've been told I'm very patient and empathetic and I believe that's very important with caregiving. Helping others is very rewarding and fulfills a sense of purpose in me.

Hello my name is ChaunteNicole I'm a mother of 4. I'm from California. My husband is retired military and we have made North Carolina our home. I love working within the healthcare field. I have my associates in healthcare administration and clinical. I love helping people working with them to have a better quality of life. I always had a love for the healthcare field and being able to help and provide services for those who can or can't no longer do for themselves or can. A caregiver for 1 year

I'm retired, looking for something more on a part-time basis. I have been a care giver for Hospice in New Bern NC for years. I have worked with Dementia patients, with dietary restrictive patients, Cancer patients. I have done light cleaning, bathing, laundry, ensures med were being taken, alerted when meds needed. I enjoy ensuring that the people I have been paired with are well taken care of and the needs they have are met, if not by me, I don't mind stepping aside to allow for trained professionals work with the patient. I like to ensure the patient is getting all I have to give them. I am a Non- smoker I did not have the COVID shots or any of the boosters for COVID.
