CareLinx and UnitedHealthcare (UHC) are partnering to provide thousands of UHC members with in-home care benefits and are looking for a caregiver near Tuscaloosa, AL. Care is needed flexible on days prefer mornings and caregiver should be able to start on ASAP. This job is 6 hours total with 3 visits at 2 hours each. You will play a pivotal role in relaying information back to UHC through the use of digital care plans. The primary duties of this caregiver will include: bathing (help washing back side/feet, shower chair), grooming (assist with getting dressed, combing hair), occassional assistance ( may need assistance from time to time with getting cleaned up), mobility (assist with getting up walking alongside for support h/5'6" w/150 lbs), meal prep (simple meal), light housekeeping ( change bed linens, clean bathroom, clean bedroom/organized), medication reminders ( remind member to take meds, assist with setting pill box), companionship ( visit with member, member likes to listen to the radio and write and talk).
